  • 100 ml low fat yogurt
  • 1 tbsp. l. sour cream
  • 1 lime
  • 1 tbsp. l. fresh chopped dill
  • salt pepper

How to cook:

  1. Put eggs, avocado, green onions, bacon in a salad bowl and set aside.
  2. Whisk yogurt, sour cream in a bowl, add lime juice, dill, salt and pepper. Beat well again.
  3. Pour into salad mixture yoghurt dressing and mix well. Decorate with dill and bacon slices.

Fried eggs in onion rings

You will need:

  • 3 large eggs
  • 1 large onion
  • olive oil
  • salt, pepper, favorite spices

How to cook:

  1. Cut the onion into rings. Take the widest ones, you can use 2 layers.
  2. Heat the olive oil in a skillet and fry the rings until golden crust... Then turn over and fry the other side.
  3. Pour one egg into each ring so that the yolk remains intact and does not spread. Add salt, pepper, seasonings.
  4. Cook as usual with fried eggs until the protein is hard and white, the yolk should remain runny.
  5. Before serving, the dish can be garnished with lettuce or any vegetables.

Light green bean salad

If you prepare this salad, then spring itself will come to your salad bowl. It is so easy to prepare that it can be whipped up.

You will need:

For the salad:

  • 200 g salad mix
  • 200 g green beans with tails cut off
  • 6 hard-boiled eggs, halved
  • 6 slices of bacon, fried until crispy and diced
  • 1 PC. red onion, thinly sliced \u200b\u200binto half rings
  • 1 cup toast

For refueling:

  • 70 g grated parmesan cheese
  • 3 tbsp. l. olive oil
  • 2 tbsp. l. white vinegar
  • 1 tbsp. l. fresh lemon juice
  • 1 tsp dijon mustard
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • salt and freshly ground pepper

How to cook:

  1. Place the salad in a large salad bowl and set aside.
  2. Cook the green beans in boiling salted water for 3 minutes. Rinse the beans in cold waterto cool down. Put green beans to the salad.
  3. Place chopped eggs, bacon, onions and croutons in a salad bowl.
  4. In a bowl, combine Parmesan cheese, olive oil, vinegar, lemon juice, mustard, garlic, salt and pepper. Whisk until smooth. If you want more liquid consistency, add 1-2 tbsp. l. water and continue whisking.
  5. Pour the dressing into the egg vegetable mix, stir well and serve.

Fried eggs with brussels sprouts

You will need:

  • 8 slices smoked chicken or turkey
  • 1 PC. shallots, cut into thin half rings
  • 300 g peeled and chopped Brussels sprouts
  • 1 tbsp. l. apple cider vinegar
  • 4 large eggs
  • olive oil
  • salt pepper

How to cook:

  1. Fry the chicken or turkey slices in a large skillet over medium heat with 2 tsp. olive oil until golden brown. Use a slotted spoon to remove the slices from the pan.
  2. Put chopped shallots in a skillet, add 1 tsp. olive oil, sprinkle with salt and pepper and sauté until lightly browned.
  3. Add to the onion brussels sprouts and vinegar. Cook until lightly browned but still slightly crunchy, about 5 minutes. Add the chicken or turkey slices and stir.
  4. Break the eggs into the vegetable mixture in a skillet so that the yolk remains intact. Reduce heat to low and bring to desired doneness.
