But then children appeared, life changed its pace, there was a desire to learn new things and learn interesting things, to bring joy. And what could be easier than to please your loved ones with delicious food? So that all the fingers were licked and asked for supplements :) This is how my journey of mastering home cooking began, which lasts to this day and, I think, has no end.

Of course, everyone has different tastes, including food. But there are dishes that are tasty, if not for everyone, then for the majority. Such dishes have always been interesting to me. I also always thought it important not to spend a lot of time preparing food. That is, to cook, and even tasty, but at the same time with minimal loss of time and effort. It turns out that it happens. And in my opinion, this is exactly how home cooking should be. In order not to tire, so that it is always interesting, fun, fervent. Without fear that it will not work. These are the recipes I collect here, sharing them with pleasure with you. All these recipes have been tested by me and not once. I confess to you, not all the recipes prepared by me took the honor of being published on the site. And this is normal, in life everything is the same.

I put the chicken in the same frying pan with garlic oil. I start to fry it. I literally fry for 6-7 minutes, the breast is quickly cooked. At the end of frying, I pour in a little water (30-50 grams), and simmer for another 5 minutes. Salt the meat to taste.




I mix cream with grated cheese. I pour this sauce over the chicken breast in a frying pan, simmer the meat for an additional 7 minutes, add a pinch of sweet paprika, stir. I take it off the fire.

How to cook cream chicken breast in the oven


  1. Use fresh chilled chicken breast for cooking. Carefully, without damaging the integrity of the fillet, remove the skin and remove fatty inclusions. Rinse thoroughly in cold running water. Place on paper towels and pat dry well on all sides.

  2. For dry marinating fillets, use the obligatory set of spices - salt and ground black pepper, I additionally used dried rosemary and curry. You can use those spices with which you like to cook chicken. Rub the chicken on all sides with spices and leave for 15-20 minutes.

  3. In the meantime, prepare your creamy sauce. Peel the onions and garlic. Rinse the vegetables and pat dry with a napkin. Cut the onion into half rings, the garlic into small cubes. Heat the butter in a skillet. Add chopped garlic and onion and sauté over low heat until soft.

  4. Add a mixture of wheat flour and turmeric to the fried vegetables, stir. I recommend adding turmeric for a beautiful, bright color of the dish. If you want a thicker sauce, add more flour.

  5. Pour in the cream immediately. Stir and heat the sauce until thick. It is not necessary to boil, as the boiling cream curdles. Season with spices to your liking and turn off the heat.

  6. Heat the sunflower oil in a skillet. Fry the chicken breast fillets on both sides until golden brown. You can use a grill pan. Fry quickly, over high heat, one fillet at a time, so that the meat does not have time to release the juice - then it will remain soft.

  7. Place the chicken breast on the bottom of the mold and the creamy sauce on top so that it completely covers the chicken meat. At this step, the creamy chicken breast can be sprinkled with grated cheese. Place in a preheated oven for 25-35 minutes. Bake at 180-190 degrees.

  8. Serve with mashed potatoes, buckwheat, rice, pasta, or any other side dish. It is delicious!
