Ingredients: 2 pcs. daikon, 4 large spoons of coarsely ground red pepper (flakes), 2 large spoons of granulated garlic, salt coarse and grated fresh ginger, 1 large spoon each dry salted anchovies, light sesame seeds and prepared fish sauce.
