  • chicken eggs - 2 pcs.;
  • turnip onions - 0.5 pcs.;

  • mayonnaise - 100 g.

The salad is prepared according to the following algorithm:

  1. While preparing all the ingredients, wash the root vegetable, carrots and onions. Peel vegetables and eggs.
  2. Grate radish and carrots in different containers, they should be infused for half an hour. Drain off the bitter juice. Stir the grated vegetables and season with salt.
  3. Cut the peeled eggs and onion into cubes and mix with the prepared ingredients. Add half a teaspoon of sugar.
  4. Season the mixed ingredients with mayonnaise. Let it soak for a quarter of an hour before serving.

With meat

Black radish dishes don't have to be lean and contain only vegetables. Meat salads with the addition of a spicy root vegetable are common. Conveniently, for such dishes, you can use your favorite meat, be it pork, beef or chicken.

  • radish - 1 pc.;
  • onions - 1 pc.;
  • carrots - 1 pc.;
  • meat - 150 g;
  • salt - 0.5 tsp.
  • sour cream - 100 g.

The salad is prepared like this:

  1. Wash the vegetables and peel them.
  2. Cook the meat in salted water until fully cooked. Wait for the meat to cool, divide into fibers.
  3. You need to grate the root crop on a fine grater. Soaking in cold water for 20 minutes will help get rid of excess bitterness.
  4. Chop the onions and fry until translucent.
  5. Grate the carrots on a medium grater and sauté lightly.
  6. Mix all the components of the salad in a common container, salt and season with sour cream.
