Prepare oatmeal soup. First course, sir! Oatmeal diet soup: recipe

Soups are often prepared in our family. This is an easy dish to have a snack, and a warming dish to keep warm, and a diet dish to unload after the holidays ... In general, there are a lot of soup options and recipes for this dish. Today I propose to prepare a delicious and interesting soup with oatmeal and egg.

First, we make chicken broth. In our family, meat in soup is somehow not particularly eaten, so I do not take a piece of chicken with normal meat, but a ridge that my husband removes to the side when cutting. But if you want the meat to float in the soup, then you can take a leg or thigh, and then cut it into meat. Fill the chicken with water, put on fire, bring to a boil. When the water boils, I drain it. I have a purchased chicken, who knows what filth it is soaked and punctured. And so at least some of the unnecessary and harmful will go away with the water. Pour fresh water and put it on fire again. Now you can cook the soup) From the boil of the water we measure for about 25-30 minutes, and then we begin to put the rest of the ingredients.

Cut the potatoes into small cubes. We send it to the oatmeal soup. Cook for about 20 minutes.

While the soup is cooking, peel and chop the onion. I try to cut quite finely so that no large pieces come across in the finished dish.

We clean the carrots and rub them on a coarse grater. Put the ingredients in a saucepan. Cook for about 15 minutes.

Add dried herbs, spices, salt.

Put the oatmeal in a saucepan. I like cereals more than cereals, they cook faster. Cook the soup until the flakes are done.

And one more ingredient is an egg. I don’t remember where I first saw the egg in the soup, I don’t remember when I first added it, but I liked it. Since then, I have been adding this ingredient frequently. A raw egg in a soup quickly curls up and turns into a kind of noodles - light and tasty. Try it! Shake the egg in a separate bowl with a fork so that the yolk mixes with the protein, and a homogeneous mass is obtained.

When the oatmeal is ready, pour in the egg in a thin stream, stirring the soup constantly. The egg folds almost immediately. Bring the oatmeal soup to a boil (5 minutes) and turn off the heat.

It turns out a delicious, hearty, but light soup. Bon Appetit!
