Whole roasted stuffed duck

Ingredients: duck, orange, onion, apple, salt, pepper, coriander, garlic, mayonnaise

Ingredients:
- 1 duck carcass weighing 2-2.5 kg;
- 1-2 oranges;
- 1-2 onions;
- 1-2 apples;
- 1 tbsp. salt;
-1 tsp black pepper;
- 1 tsp ground coriander;
- 1 tsp dry garlic;
- 2-4 tbsp. mayonnaise.
