Ingredients:

  • boiled veal - 200 gr.

  • hard cheese -100 gr.
  • walnuts- 80 gr.
  • seedless grapes (can be replaced with black olives)

Ingredients:

  • beef - 500 gr.
  • lettuce leaves - 200 gr.
  • cherry tomatoes - 100 gr.
  • red onion - ½ head
  • For refueling:
  • capers - 2 tbsp l.
  • lemons - 2 pcs.
  • mustard with grains - 2 tbsp. l.
  • olive oil - 5 tbsp l.
  • sugar - 1 tsp
  • salt - a pinch
  • parsley - 4 tbsp. l.

Cut the beef into thin strips, fry in olive oil. Grill over medium heat to soften the meat.

Cut the red onion into rings, cut the tomatoes in half.

If you don't love fresh onion, you can pre-marinate it: pour in for 10 minutes cold water from 1 st. l. vinegar and a pinch of sugar. The bitterness will go away and the onion will taste good.

Incredibly delicious shrimp salad, besides beautiful and quite suitable for a festive New Year's table. I prepare such a salad in portioned salad bowls, and although not everyone loves seafood, it is eaten without a trace.

Ingredients (for 6 servings):

  • shrimp - 200 gr.
  • cheese - 150 gr.
  • tomato - 2 pcs.
  • eggs 3 pcs.
  • mayonnaise, salt - to taste
  • dill for decoration

We put the salad at once in portions to each in separate salad bowls in layers.

Rub the eggs on a coarse grater. This will be the 1st layer. Salt a little and coat with a little mayonnaise.

Cut the peeled or defrosted shrimp into 2-3 pieces and place the 2nd layer. And again we coat it a little with mayonnaise.

6. Spread the whole mixture with a tablespoon in a circle, form a wreath.
