Good day to all who write reviews and of course to all those who read them.

I really hope that my review will be useful to you. I especially hope that my review will teach young housewives how to pamper their loved ones with delicious, homemade pastries.

Today I want to introduce and simply remind someone about such an excellent semi-finished product, which is produced under the Talosto trademark, about puff pastry, both yeast and yeast-free.

This is how the package with this semi-finished product looks like. Very bright and you will not confuse it on store shelves with another brand.

On the packaging it is written in large letters what kind of dough it is. Yeast is most often a red package, and yeast-free is a blue or light blue package. On the packaging, the manufacturer left his autograph, as it were, writing: "No hassle." Indeed, baking from this dough is a pleasure and not some extra trouble.
The package contains 500 grams of dough. This is a good enough large piece of dough and will be enough for a good pastry for a family of three or four. But it turns out very tasty and it is a pity that it ends very quickly.

This is how the dough inside is packed in the photo above. It is rolled into a roll with a layer of cellophane. This is very convenient when thawing and the layers do not stick together. This roll rolls up nicely.

I usually take off the bright packaging and leave the roll of dough for about two to three hours at room temperature. During this time, the dough is perfectly defrosted. Then I carefully unroll this roll, leaving it on the cellophane layer that was between the layers of dough. So the table does not get dirty and it is easier to roll it out.

You understood correctly. I roll it out a little and yeast dough and yeast-free. I love it when in baked goods the dough crust is thin and there are a lot of toppings.

Yeast dough is less sweet and is suitable for any filling, like sweet something like jam or jam, it is also possible for fruit apples. For example. And you can make meat filling or vegetable, cabbage or potatoes.

But yeast-free contains a little more sugar and vanillin, and therefore I advise you to use it for some kind of sweet pastries. I cook from it or just the simplest and most banal "tongues". Who does not know these are small rectangular layers of dough sprinkled with sugar. Or I bake something similar to buns - bagels are also with sugar. It is just as delicious with fruit fillings.

Usually I roll out the dough, cut it into squares and put the filling on one corner, close it with another corner. I bake until golden brown. Yeast dough bakes a little longer than yeast-free.

I cooked from yeast dough and a large closed pie with cabbage. It also worked out very well.

You don't have to worry about preparing the dough. Just buy the dough "Talosto" and delicious pastries are provided on your table.

Talosto yeast-free puff pastry - I buy Magnit Supermarket online quite often. I take it for regular baking and for sweet, in general, for different types of fillings. If you need something hearty, tasty and quick - then Talosto is just for this case.

A foil briquette of 0.5 kg costs about 70 r, but on discount days you can take it for 35 r. And then I stock up on them. Very comfortably!

Cooking method: 1. Defrost the briquette not much 2. Expand it 3. Cut into pieces - squares or rectangles of 10 cm.

These 10 cm strips - I roll out and put any stuffing on them. Either sausages, or rub on the layer - cheese, or jam. Several times I made the main dish with mashed potatoes, mushrooms and boiled chicken leg. That is, everything that you prefer and that you love the most..

When baking, the dough turns out tasty, porous, multi-layered, airy and satisfying.

In order for the products to look like in a store as a result of baking, I wipe them on top with an egg.

For a family of 4 people - we have enough pastries from one briquette for one evening.

If there are more of you, take care of several Talosto briquettes.

What is the difference between Talosto yeast-free dough and Talosto yeast dough. Yeast-free - less airy, yeast rises during baking - stronger, but this does not touch its merits. The difference is not significant and practically - not noticeable!
