  • table margarine - 250 g;

  • dry poppy - 125 g;
  • sunflower oil - 1 tbsp;
  • baking powder - 1 sachet.

Cooking :

  1. We drown the margarine over low heat in an iron bowl. Add poppy seeds and sugar to it. We continue to cook until the crystals dissolve and the grains swell. Lightly cool the treat at room temperature.
  2. Add eggs to the warm mixture and mix thoroughly until a homogeneous mass is obtained.
  3. Sift the flour once so that it is saturated with oxygen. Add baking powder to it. Pour into the bowl with the poppy seed mixture and mix thoroughly.

Take tall glasses, moisten them with water, and using a tablespoon carefully fill them with dough with condensed milk, and then just as carefully, turning the glass over, put the cake on a cutting board.

Grind the cookies with a knife, quite finely, but leave the pieces a little larger (if convenient, break the cookies with your hands). Do not use a blender or chopper for this, they will grind the cookies quite finely.

Let's prepare the cream. In a deep container, add boiled condensed milk, softened butter at room temperature, beat for 1 minute, add cold milk and beat for about 2-3 more minutes. Cream for cakes "Anthill" is ready.
