  • Flour - 400 g
  • Soda - 0.5 tsp
  • Salt - 1 tsp
  • Sugar - 1 tbsp. l.
  • Sunflower oil - 35 ml
  • Eggs - 1 pc.

COOKING METHOD

Mix kefir with sour cream and heat over low heat for 2-3 minutes to 36-37°C. In a warm mixture of kefir and sour cream, add salt, sugar, egg yolk and sunflower oil.

Then, in portions, add half the flour and sprinkle the dough with soda.

Add the rest of the flour. Put the finished dough in a bowl, greased with oil, cover with cling film and leave for 15 minutes at room temperature.

Squeeze balls out of the dough and stretch them into cakes. We spread the filling on the dough and make pies.

Fry the pies seam down in oil for 3-4 minutes on each side.

  • Carrot - 75 g

The mother of the TV presenter advised her to cook pies with cabbage for her husband, according to her grandmother's recipe. And since their daughter Diana she loves to knead the dough very much, she, standing on a chair, took up it. And herself Lily meanwhile preparing the filling.
