Sometimes I cook delicious meals for my family cutlets with rice according to my mom's recipe.

So, boil rice in any way convenient for you. I cook rice in a slow cooker. I take washed rice, 1 multi-glass, put it in a bowl with 2 multi-glasses of water and cook on the “buckwheat” program (there is no separate “Rice” program in the Panasonic multicooker).

When the rice is ready, I mix it with minced meat, add a raw egg, salt and spices.

  5. Add raisins, herbs and spices to minced meat. Cook another 20 min.

To prepare rice and minced meat patties, we need the following ingredients: rice, minced meat, carrots, onions, eggs, salt, ground red pepper, dried basil, vegetable oil.

I already had the pork mince ready. I just thawed it out. If you don't have ground beef, you can make your own or buy it from the store.
Now peel the onion. Let's cut it into small pieces. Peel the carrots and grate on a large grater. It is advisable to take carrots juicy and sweet, then the cutlets will turn out tastier.
Pour some vegetable oil into a frying pan and heat it up. We put our vegetables and fry, until the characteristic smell of onions. Season the vegetables with salt. Take the pan off the heat and let them cool down. When you transfer the vegetables to the minced meat, do not add the vegetable oil that is left from the vegetables, otherwise the minced meat for cutlets will turn out to be sharp in taste and overly fatty.
I took the rice round, rinse it under running water. Pour water into the pan, wait until it boils, put rice, salt. Cook rice until cooked, don't forget to stir. Remove the rice from the heat, put it in a colander and drain the excess liquid. Rinse it under cold water and transfer it back to the pot. We are waiting for it to cool down. It is desirable that the rice is not overcooked, then it will be easier to make cutlets out of it.
Put rice, minced meat, vegetables, egg, salt and spices in a deep bowl. We mix all the ingredients.
Now add 1-2 tablespoons of flour and mix again. If your minced meat is very liquid, add more flour.
Wet our hands with water and make small patties. Then, dip each cutlet in flour on both sides. You can do it at this stage of ours by sending the semi-finished product to bake, but if you are still set on fried cutlets, we perform the next step.
Pour vegetable oil into a frying pan and heat it well. We spread our cutlets and fry them over medium heat until fried crust. Then, turn them over with a wooden spatula to the other side. Fry the cutlets on the other side for another 5 minutes until cooked.

How to cook juicy meatballs? Probably, this question is often asked not only by young housewives, but also experienced in culinary skills. In fact, achieving juicy cutlets is very simple and can be done using some simple methods. You can add lard, grated fresh potatoes, cheese, butter, 2-3 tablespoons of ice water or milk to minced meat. I often cook cutlets according to different recipes to diversify the menu.

Juicy pork cutlets with rice - recipe

Since rice is needed to cook pork cutlets, it must first be boiled until tender in salted water. Drain the cooked rice in a colander and rinse with cold water. Peel and grate the onion on a fine grater. Transfer the onion puree to a bowl with minced meat. If you are used to adding a little garlic to the cutlets, then put that in as well.

Beat in an egg.

Add salt and spices that you like. You can add only black ground pepper.

Add the boiled rice last.

Mix the meatballs well. In order for the cutlets to keep their shape better and not fall apart, it is advisable to beat the minced meat with your hands on the bottom of the bowl. During this procedure, it is perfectly filled with air and cutlets are high and airy.

Moisten your hands with water or grease with vegetable oil. Thanks to this procedure, the minced meat will not stick to your hands. Blind cutlets. Put the finished meatballs into the hot skillet.

Fry on each side for 3-4 minutes. It is best to fry them over moderate heat so that they are well fried not only outside, but also inside. You can pour a little water into the pan and simmer them under a closed lid.
