For cooking we need:

  1. Pork 500 gr.
  2. Beef 500 gr.
  3. Onions 2 pcs for minced meat and 2 pcs. for frying.

  6. Tomato paste 2 tbsp spoons.
  7. Salt and pepper to taste.
  8. Flour half a glass.
  9. Vegetable oil 100 ml.
  10. Bay leaf 2 pcs.

We prepare products for minced meat.

We rotate the minced meat alternately lowering the meat, onion and garlic into the meat grinder.

Salt, pepper and knead the finished minced meat for meatballs.

Minced meat is ready, let's start cooking meatballs. There is milk in the photo, you can add a little white bread soaked in milk to the minced meat. This time I didn't add.
