Turkey meat is considered the most dietary and delicious. Therefore, any dishes from it always deserve attention. After all, a turkey is a guarantee of a successful lunch or dinner. I cooked the simplest - meatballs. Slightly crunchy pieces of champignons and fragrant dill greens only improve the taste of the dish.

To prepare such cutlets, we take the following products: minced turkey, dill, champignons (I have sterilized ones), white loaf (bread), garlic, salt, pepper and refined sunflower oil for frying.

Put the minced turkey in a bowl.

Soak the white loaf in cold water or milk. Squeeze and put in minced meat.

We clean the garlic, wash it and grate it with small holes. Add to minced meat and loaf.

Season with salt and pepper. You can add any dry herbs. Beat the minced meat with a blender until smooth or pass through a meat grinder.

Chop the mushrooms very finely. I had canned ones. Fresh ones need to be cut and lightly fried so that there is no excess liquid in the minced meat.

Add chopped dill.

Mix all mince ingredients thoroughly.

We form cutlets from minced meat and fry in a pan with sunflower oil on both sides.

    • loaf - 100 g;
    • milk - 125 ml;

    • Wash the turkey meat, dry with a napkin. Cut into large pieces and turn through a meat grinder.

    • Dry the loaf in the oven, cut into slices. Break into pieces and grind with a blender to a crumb state.
