Put the minced turkey in a bowl.
Soak the white loaf in cold water or milk. Squeeze and put in minced meat.
We clean the garlic, wash it and grate it with small holes. Add to minced meat and loaf.
Season with salt and pepper. You can add any dry herbs. Beat the minced meat with a blender until smooth or pass through a meat grinder.
Chop the mushrooms very finely. I had canned ones. Fresh ones need to be cut and lightly fried so that there is no excess liquid in the minced meat.
Add chopped dill.
Mix all mince ingredients thoroughly.
We form cutlets from minced meat and fry in a pan with sunflower oil on both sides.

According to the worked out scheme, we coat the cutlets in egg and breadcrumbs, and then fry until golden brown in vegetable oil. Turkey fillet cutlets go well with stewed vegetables or mashed potatoes.
