Composition:

  • fruit drinking yogurt - 500 ml
  • gelatin - 2 tbsp. l.

How to make yogurt jelly:

Stir gelatin in a quarter cup of water, leave for 15-20 minutes. After that, heat it over low heat until completely dissolved and cool slightly.

Pour sweet yogurt into the cooled gelatin. Mix well with a whisk. Pour the jelly into silicone molds and leave to harden in the refrigerator for at least 3 hours.

To prepare this most delicate snow-white jelly from yogurt with fruits, I recommend choosing natural yogurt without flavors and sweeteners. We will add everything you need. It is easy to diversify the taste of yogurt jelly and make it the way you like: to make it sweet, take more sugar, to make it spicy, put spices, vanilla and cinnamon will give a subtle flavor. Decorate and give a festive look to the dessert with pieces of bright fruits. I chose orange and kiwi, but you can use absolutely any.

To make yogurt jelly we need:

  • Drinking natural yogurt - 500 ml;
  • instant gelatin - 2 tbsp. l;
  • sugar - 4 tbsp. l (to taste);
  • cold water - 3 tbsp. l;
  • kiwi - 1pc;
  • vanilla sugar - a bag (or 2-3 drops of vanilla essence)
  • orange, grapefruit or tangerines;
  • coconut flakes of any color - 1-2 tbsp. l.

How to make yogurt jelly - recipe

Pour powdered gelatin (instant) with ordinary cold tap water (or filtered). It will immediately absorb water, swell, but will not be ready for use yet, we need liquid gelatin. Dissolve it in a water bath. After about five minutes, when the powder finally swells, put the dishes with gelatin in a water bath. As it is heated, the jelly-like mass will begin to spread, turn into a liquid substance, cloudy, whitish or yellowish in color. This completes the heating.

Pour room temperature yogurt into a blender glass, add white sugar mixed with vanilla sugar. Beat for three minutes until the mass becomes frothy. We taste, then we begin to pour in the dissolved gelatin in a thin stream. In order for the yogurt jelly to thicken quickly, you need to evenly distribute the gelatin mass throughout the volume. To do this, whisk the yogurt with gelatin well.

Pour into beautiful glasses, glasses, bowls. Leave about 3-3.5 cm from the top, then add fruit and pour another layer. We rearrange the yogurt jelly in the refrigerator. There it will harden for two hours until it hardens well. In the hardened jelly, we make a shallow incision, insert an orange slice into the slot. Top up with the remaining yogurt with gelatin (before pouring, beat with a whisk), return to the refrigerator for another hour or two.

Put cubes of peeled kiwi, orange or any fruit / berries / nuts / chocolate on the frozen yogurt jelly, sprinkle with coconut and serve.

How to make fruit yogurt dessert without baking

First of all, dissolve gelatin in water: pour gelatin into a bowl and pour plain water at room temperature. Leave to swell for 10-15 minutes.

After a while, heat the gelatin over a fire so that it dissolves completely, but do not boil.

Pour the yogurt into a bowl, add powdered sugar and mix. Why powdered sugar is used - it does not crunch on the teeth and dissolves quickly in yogurt or other liquid. Of course, you can add sugar, but it will take longer to mix and wait for complete dissolution. If your yogurt is sweet in itself, then the amount of powdered sugar should be reduced or eliminated altogether.

Pour liquid gelatin into yogurt and beat the mass with an immersion blender or mixer. The mass will become more airy and lush.

2) After this time, the whole mass must be poured into a small saucepan and heated on the stove. Don't forget to stir constantly. Please note that you do not need to heat much, otherwise the gelatin will lose its properties. 3) While the gelatin swells, you can start preparing the berries. Which berries you choose - decide for yourself. It depends on your tastes and availability)) In our example, we used a preparation for the winter - strawberries twisted with sugar. 4) Cooking a twisted berry is easy - just dilute it with water and add sugar to taste. Photo 4.

5) Whole berries can be boiled a little with sugar, then grind them well or beat them with a blender. Already grated berries, diluted with water, must also be beaten well. Photo 5.
