1. First of all, let's prepare a yeast dough using dry yeast (link to more detailed recipe from the photo just above). It is extremely simple to do this: we combine milk, eggs, sugar and yeast. The milk should be pleasantly warm and the other ingredients should be at room temperature. When yeast dough rise a little and cover with a cap of bubbles on top, add half the flour. Knead the dough until it lags slightly behind the bowl. Pour in the prepared vegetable and melted butter. We add flour so that the dough is not very liquid. Knead until the dough no longer lags behind the hands, becomes smooth and homogeneous. If the dough remains too sticky, you can add a little more flour. But you need not to overdo it, otherwise the dough will become steep, dense, and the cake will not turn out so tender. A well-kneaded dough should be tender, soft, elastic and just a little sticky.

2. We put the dough in a warm place, wrapped from drafts with a towel. We have two hours until the dough will do... During this time, we can easily prepare the cabbage filling.
