Wash the apples, remove the core and skin, cut into thin slices, lightly sprinkle with lemon juice. In another cup, dissolve starch in water.

We combine the juice with sugar and cinnamon in a small saucepan or saucepan, bring to a boil, stirring constantly. Now, in a thin stream, we introduce the dissolved starch into the hot juice, add the chopped apples, cook all the components over low heat for 5-6 minutes.

We will take:

The remaining two tangerines are peeled, but not disassembled into slices. Cut into slices about 5 mm thick. We cover the surface of the pie with tangerine circles.

Now prepare the jelly for the cake as indicated in the instructions. Remember that it freezes very quickly, everything needs to be done very quickly. Pour the prepared jelly over the surface of the cake.

We will need:

  • Cow's milk - 0.5 cup
  • Flour - 3-3.5 cups

To begin with, we need to make a dough. To do this, in a bowl, mix warm (not hot!) Milk, yeast, a pinch of salt, sugar, a few tablespoons of flour. You should get a liquid slurry. We leave it in a warm place for 10-15 minutes, wait for the formation of a magnificent “cap” on the surface.

So, the dough came up, we combine it with half-melted margarine, sour cream, egg, sifted flour. We pass to the work surface and carefully knead the soft, pliable dough. Next, put it in a greased bowl, cover with a towel, send it to a warm place for an hour. During this time, the mass will noticeably increase in size. We divide it into 4 parts, from which we get two Christmas trees.

We roll each part into a layer resembling a triangle in shape, sprinkle with sugar and cinnamon on top. We lay the same layer on top and transfer the workpiece to parchment.

Now we cut the workpiece into strips on both sides, imitating spruce branches. We twist each strip into a spiral in 6-8 turns. We grease the surface of the Christmas tree with egg yolk, let it rise, leaving it in a warm place for half an hour.

We bake our Christmas tree at a temperature of 180 degrees for about 40 minutes, until a beautiful golden crust forms. Ready pie put it on a wire rack to cool completely.

While the tree is cooling, prepare the frosting. To do this, take the protein from one egg, we will grind it with a glass of powdered sugar. We will add the powder gradually until the glaze takes on a thick, uniform consistency. At the very end of the preparation of the glaze, add 2-3 teaspoons of lemon juice to it. We cover the baking dish with parchment, generously grease with butter or vegetable oil (odorless). We spread our mixture into a mold, evenly distribute it over the mold.

Bake in a preheated oven at 150 degrees for 30 minutes. We take out the finished cake and let it cool in the mold.

Before serving, sprinkle with powdered sugar, cut into portions. The peculiarity of this cake is that it can be stored in a cool place for as long as 6 months.

Christmas pie "Royal" on yeast with champagne

We will need:

  • premium flour - 600-700 g;
  • dry yeast - 10 g;
  • warm water - 100 ml;
  • eggs - 3 pcs.;
  • sugar - 8 tbsp. l.;
  • salt - 2 pinches;
  • zest of half an orange;
  • champagne - 70 ml;
  • butter - 100 g;
  • candied fruits, dried fruits, any nuts - 250-300 g;
  • powdered sugar for serving

Cooking

We start the steam. AT warm water dissolve the yeast, add 1 tablespoon of sugar, 3 tablespoons of sifted flour. We stir the components, leave for half an hour so that it starts working. As a result, the mass will increase in size, become airy.

Now we combine this mixture with dough, knead, sprinkling flour on the work surface. The dough should turn out moderately tight and not stick to your hands. We remove it in a warm place for 1-1.5 hours, covered with a towel.

While the dough is rising, prepare the filling. Steam dried fruits in hot water, wash thoroughly. If they are too large, then cut them smaller.

Nuts can be dried a little in the oven or in a pan, then chopped, but not much. Grate the zest of half an orange. We combine all the components for the filling.

Separately, beat one protein with 2 tablespoons of sugar into a fluffy, stable foam. We introduce the protein mixture into the filling.

Now the dough has come up, roll it into a large rectangular layer, about 1 - 1.5 cm thick. Put the third part of the filling on the edge, cover with dough, rolling it into a roll. Then lay out the second third of the filling, again cover with dough. Then lay out the remaining filling and, turning into a roll, cover with the opposite edge of the dough. We pinch the edge well. We will take:

  • 5 cups flour
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 glass of milk
  • 180 grams of butter
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 11 grams yeast (instant)

The dough must be prepared in advance, because. it should lie in the cold for at least 8 hours. By volume, it is enough for two pies. Dissolve salt, sugar, softened butter, eggs in warm milk, add sifted flour and instant yeast. We knead the dough. We wrap it in a bag or cling film and refrigerate for at least 8 hours. In texture, it resembles plasticine - as it should be.

We divide the mass into four parts.

We roll each one 4 mm thick into a circle with a diameter of 25-27 cm. We lay it on parchment for baking. Lubricate with Nutella paste. We lay the second cake on top, also lubricate it chocolate paste. We do this with all cakes, except for the last one, it is not necessary to lubricate it.

Now we find the center of the circle, mark it with the circumference of the glass. We divide the circle into four equal parts, moving from the glass to the edges. Now we divide each part into four equal parts. It turned out 16 strips.
