    • 1 teaspoon of baking soda (extinguish with vinegar),
    • apples 4-5 pcs.

    Preparation

    We immediately turn on the oven to warm up. During this time, we will quickly prepare everything.
    In a deep bowl, mix warm tea leaves with sugar. We make sure that no tea leaves are caught.

    Add 4 tablespoons. any jam.

    Pour in odorless sunflower oil.

    Pour in the sifted flour. We extinguish soda with vinegar. It may take more or less flour. It all depends on its type and the amount of gluten.


    Add chopped apples to the dough.

    Well, we will also consider an option if you suddenly did not have enough flour for baking and you forgot to buy eggs. By the way, I even had such a situation when there was a blizzard outside, and the child strongly asked for a sweet pie. Do not drag your baby to the store in the cold. And in this case, there is a way out and an excellent dessert recipe.

    But the pie itself is not quite ordinary, because we will sprinkle the dough on the fruit. Let's tell you more.

That is why it is necessary to achieve consistency when the dough is still sticking, and the touch is "light". Not everyone can do it the first time. But there is no need to despair. Experiment, and most importantly, try to remember how much flour you put in, perhaps next time its amount will need to be increased or decreased.

    After kneading the dough, it must be put in a warm place to rise, while covering it with a towel. When the dough rises 2-3 times, beat it and leave it to rise again. This procedure should be repeated 2-3 times.

    Let's cook an apple pie in a slow cooker. The recipe we are proposing is prepared with crispy dough and air-filled. This is what gives the cake a special piquancy.

    Well, let's get acquainted with the ingredients that we need. We will prepare the dough from:

    • rye flour - about 180 g;
    • olive oil (odorless) - 50 g (5 tbsp. l.);
    • cold water - 3-5 tbsp. l .;
    • eggs - 55 g or 1 pc.;
    • poppy - 18 g (2 tbsp. l.);
    • salt - pinches;
    • butter - 3-5 g.

    For the filling, you need 200 g of apples (one large or 2 medium ones), and the filling is prepared from:

    • eggs - 110 g or 2 pcs.;
    • natural yogurt (2.5-4% fat) - 200 ml;
    • brown sugar (honey) and cinnamon - ½ tsp each.

    So, the products have been collected, now we are preparing a pie with apples in a slow cooker.

    Shake the egg with a whisk. Mix flour with poppy seeds, salt, egg and butter. Knead the dough. Gradually, add cold water in a tablespoon, until a ball is obtained from the dough. Wrap the dough with cling film and put it in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes.

    Grease the multicooker bowl with butter.

    Cut off two strips of parchment paper about 12 cm wide and about 15 cm long.Place them in a multicooker bowl crosswise. They are necessary for easy pulling of the cake, so as not to turn it upside down.

    Roll out the dough into a disk with a diameter approximately equal to the diameter of the bottom of the bowl. We carefully lay it and distribute it along the bottom, forming sides along the walls with a height of about 2.5 cm.

    Peel the apples if desired, cut them in half, remove the cores and cut them into slices.

    To prepare the filling, beat the eggs with a whisk, mix them with yogurt, sugar (honey) and cinnamon.

    We spread the apple slices on the dough and fill with the mixture of eggs and yogurt. We expose the Baking program. We turn on the multicooker for 1 hour and 5 minutes.

    When the apple pie in the slow cooker is ready, take out the bowl. Let the pie cool, then carefully remove it and put it on a prepared dish.

    Puff pastry apple pie

    Another delicious apple pie is the apple puff pie. It is prepared very easily, and most importantly, incredibly quickly.

    We need:

    • one egg;
    • jam;
    • 500 g puff pastry;
    • sugar;
    • 3 apples;
    • lemon juice.

    Making an apple puff pie in two easy steps. First, lay out the frozen puff pastry on paper, let it thaw, cut off small ribbons around its entire perimeter, which we cut on both sides with a knife. Lubricate the edges of the dough with a beaten egg. We put ribbons on these edges. Lubricate the middle of the dough with jam, then lay out the peeled and sliced \u200b\u200bapples.

    At the second step, sprinkle apples with lemon juice, sprinkle them with sugar, grease the ribbons with an egg.
