  1. We wash the meat, wipe it dry, then cut into small pieces. Peel and chop half of the onion too.
  2. We twist the meat with onions through a meat grinder. Season the minced meat with salt and pepper to taste. We mix.
  3. Chop the remaining onion into a small cube, and rub the peeled carrots on a grater.
  4. Pour a little oil into the multicooker bowl and put the vegetables. We fry 5 minutes. As soon as a golden color appears, we transfer the fried vegetables from the multicooker to a bowl.
