8. We mix red wine with water and fill the resulting puff for the roast. So that the water-wine sauce covers the contents of the pot completely, the layers can be gently pressed with a tablespoon.

9. Close our pots with lids and send to the oven preheated to 180 degrees for an hour and a half.

  4. Chocolate Madness Cocktail

You can offer another no less tasty, but stronger alcoholic drink with an enchanting chocolate flavor.

Ingredients:

  • Chocolate Liqueur - 250 ml.
  • Vodka - 150 ml.

  • Ice - 100 gr.

Cooking:

Ingredients:

  • Fresh strawberries - 8 pcs.
  • Yogurt 8% - 350 ml.
  • Banana - 1 pc.
  • Berry syrup - 3 tbsp. l
  • Whipped cream - for decoration.
  • Cinnamon - 0.5 tsp.

Cooking:

1. Peel the banana and cut into small pieces.

2. Well-washed and dried strawberries, peeled and cut in half.

3. Pour the chopped berries and banana into the blender bowl. Add the syrup with yogurt and cinnamon. Grind everything thoroughly with a blender nozzle until smooth.

The syrup can be tasted like any berry - even raspberries, even kiwi, but cherry is best suited because it brings the original sourness to the dessert.

4. Pour the resulting mixture into glasses and set to cool in the refrigerator for 30-40 minutes. You can chill in the freezer, but then it will be enough 10 minutes so that the dessert does not freeze to such an extent that it will be necessary to “chop it with a spoon”.

5. When serving, decorate the dessert with whipped cream and any berries (can be cut into quarters or halves of a pair of strawberries).
