  • Olive oil 3 tbsp. l
  • salt, black pepper, nutmeg  Spice
  1. Seafood must first be boiled in a small amount of water - without salt, spices. Just weld. Not more than 1-2 minutes, otherwise seafood will become tough, "rubber". Do not overdo it, it is only necessary that with the first broth all the turbidity is gone - and it will be.

  2. Roots: celery, carrots and parsley - peel and cut into small cubes. Just crumble like a salad. Peel and chop the onion.
  3. Heat 3 tbsp in a deep frying pan. l olive oil. Fry the onion in butter until soft.
