  1. In the container we put mustard, oil, vinegar, sugar and spices to your liking. Beat everything thoroughly and for the time being set aside the resulting composition for a while.
  2. We prepare the salad bowl, send the chicken fillet to it, which was boiled in advance until cooked, cooled and cut into small pieces. Watch the cooking time. To keep the fillet tender and juicy, it can not be kept in boiling water for more than a quarter of an hour.
  3. Rinse fresh green onions and celery, chop as you like.
  4. We clean the tangerines from the skin, cut and mix with the rest of the prepared ingredients. We season the salad with the sauce prepared at the very beginning.
  5. Final stage. Before serving, add the avocado to the dish, which is previously freed from the skin and pits and cut into slices.

How to make cheese

Required Products:

  • one cucumber and one avocado;
  • 300 grams of chicken;
  • two cloves of garlic;
  • spices and herbs to your taste;
  • 50 grams feta or feta cheese;
  • six tablespoons of olive oil;
  • a spoon of vinegar.

Cooking process:

  1. We wash the chicken, clean it from grease and films, set it to cook for about 20 minutes in slightly salted water. After that, let it cool and cut into small pieces.
  2. With the avocado we remove the skin and the stone, also cut it into cubes.
  3. We prepare a salad dish. The first layer we send there washed and chopped cucumber, and then an avocado.
  4. On top of these ingredients we put chicken, slices of selected cheese and finely chopped greens.
  5. Combine the transferred garlic, vinegar and olive oil, mix well and pour the mixture with this mixture. Do not add salt, as the cheese is already salty.
  6. Required Products:

  • about 100 grams of canned beans;
  • one medium-sized avocado;
  • 0.2 kg of chicken;
  • two tsp olive oil;
  • tsp hot Tabasco sauce (to taste);
  • two grams of red ground pepper;
  • 10 grams of almonds.

Cooking process:

  1. We send the meat to boil for about 20 minutes in boiling water, not forgetting to salt a little. After cooling, cut it into cubes.
  2. Remove excess liquid from beans. You can rinse it a little under cool water so that it does not become so sticky.
  3. We clean the fruit, remove the stone from it, and cut the flesh into squares and mix together all the crushed components.
  4. Combine the specified amount of oil with almonds and pepper, try. You can leave it this way, or you can add Tabasco, but then the sauce will turn out quite spicy. Season the salad with this mixture and serve.

With exotic avocado fruit, you can make a lot of great salads that have buttery tender avocados. gives an original refined smack.
