Milk and coffee jelly, the recipe with a photo of which we decided to offer you, has an amazing aroma and great taste.
  Yes, today, store shelves are full of colorful packages of fruit, berry, and even creamy jelly. Here you have strawberries, raspberries, pineapples, and tutti-frutti - everything you want! But in reality it turns out that the bags contain a concentrate of incomprehensible composition, and, of course, there can be no fruit, and even less cream. This means that there is no benefit, and the taste is doubtful. So why buy it is not clear what to regret about wasted money and an unsuccessful dessert? Isn't it better to make jelly at home? Moreover, this is one of the simplest desserts, and it has so many options and variations that you can choose a recipe for any occasion - from a dinner party to a children's holiday. Jelly is prepared not only from fruits or berries, there are many jelly recipes with cream, sour cream, chocolate and even champagne. Try for example.
  Jelly can be prepared with pectin, agar, or gelatin. Since among these components gelatin is the most affordable and versatile, we will use it and choose gelatin in powder. If you have gelatin with larger crystals, just follow the recommendations on the packaging, the manufacturer always indicates how much liquid a pack of gelatin is designed for. For safety, you can take a little more, for example, not 15 grams, but 18-20, but you should not double the amount of gelatin. Firstly, its excess will make the jelly texture dense, rubbery, and secondly, the taste of the dessert will deteriorate sharply. Well, now the recipe.

To make milk coffee jelly, we need:

- milk of any fat content - 250 ml;
- coffee - 250 ml (soluble);
- sugar to taste;
- instant gelatin in powder - 15 g;
- cold water - 3 tbsp. l;
- coconut flakes - for decoration;
- grated chocolate or cocoa - for decoration.

Before adding gelatin to milk, fruit juice or coffee, you need to turn it from a powder into a liquid substance. This is done as follows. Pour gelatin into a small bowl, which can be heated in a water bath. Pour 3 tbsp. l cold water and immediately mix with gelatin. It quickly absorbs water and swells.

  But in this form it will not dissolve in a large amount of liquid, it must be heated so that the gelatin melts. 10-12 minutes after the gelatin has been mixed with water, put it in a water bath (on some kind of ladle with water) and heat until the gelatin becomes liquid. In no case should you bring the gelatin to a boil! It will immediately lose its gelling properties and jelly will not freeze. Stir with a spoon, as soon as the mass becomes liquid, remove from the water bath.

  Let the gelatin cool a bit. During this time, we will make coffee and warm milk. Mix sugar and instant coffee (take both to taste, make the coffee you like). Pour in 250 ml. hot water, stir. While we set aside.

  We warm the milk to a warm state (it should not be very hot). Add half the gelatin. Mix quickly so that the gelatin spreads evenly throughout the entire volume.

  Pour the remaining gelatin into warm coffee. Stir. Now everything is ready, you can pour jelly into glasses.

  We take glasses with a volume of 250-300 ml. At the bottom of one pour milk with gelatin (about 3 cm). In another glass, pour coffee with gelatin. We remove the glasses in the refrigerator for 10-15 minutes, the layers should freeze. Then we pour coffee onto the milk layer, and milk onto the coffee layer. And again we put it in the refrigerator until the layers solidify. So we alternate the layers until we fill the glasses to the top, after each layer we cool the dessert. You can make it simpler and faster - for example, fill glasses with half coffee jelly, cool and pour milk.

  We leave milk-coffee jelly in the refrigerator until it completely hardens, it will take 3-4 hours. Before serving, sprinkle the top with coconut and grated chocolate or cocoa. You can get the jelly shortly before serving and let it warm up a little, but then the taste will not be so contrasting.

  We also recommend that you try it.

A wonderful dessert, which is also useful and in addition with an amazing coffee taste. Instead of grated chocolate or cocoa, you can try cinnamon or even ginger, for a change and if desired.

I tried to make such jelly at home according to this recipe, it turned out great and unusual. The husband and children are thrilled. I added a cinnamon stick to the original recipe, we adore it. Not every cafe will be able to make such a drink, not even a dessert, but in fact the recipe is very simple, anyone will cope with it, I will do more. It will be great to set the table for the arrival of guests

It looks fabulously beautiful. On the palate, I'm sure it's just super. She did something similar, but instead of milk, she took cream. Of course, you’ll have to work hard when making it, because the process will take time, but I already imagined how my beloved would be intrigued if I treated him with such a dessert. I wouldn’t change anything in the recipe, only vanilla would add milk jelly.

Since my family all love homemade jelly - I cook it constantly. For children, I’m making such a “zebrochka” with baby cocoa and add vanilla sugar to the recipe. And adults with pleasure tasted coffee and milk jelly! Of course, I had to work hard, but it's worth it! And in the summer I really like to make multi-colored fruit jellies. Tasty, healthy, beautiful!
  And recently, I prepared alcoholic jelly for guests at a party. The first time I did quite a bit, everyone didn’t even have enough to try (which they later expressed dissatisfaction with!) A very unusual treat - it surprised and pleased many! Experiment on health!

It looks chic and appetizing, but there are many troubles. Although, you can do just two layers. Advice to those who cannot drink coffee. Can be replaced with chicory. And I do not recommend it to children. They can have fruit and cream jelly.

I am a coffee maker and try to make coffee with something to diversify the taste. Recently I tried to make coffee according to the same recipe, so homework now asks to make it every day. But now my husband and I are waiting for a second baby and it is generally not advisable for pregnant women to consume coffee. therefore, in this case, I add hot chocolate instead of aromatic coffee, by the way the taste is also amazing - a combination of milk jelly with chocolate flavor. and add a little vanillin, you can have a little cinnamon, very tasty. What about fruits, I liked it most with banana, it goes well with milk and chocolate.

Great recipe. I didn’t change anything, I followed strictly the points, it turned out just a merger. All homework is also delighted. Now they are buzzing to cook more. The experience was a success.

Milk coffee jelly is a delicious dessert that will appeal to all members of the family, from the smallest children to their parents. The main thing is that such a dessert is very simple to prepare, and for its preparation you need a minimal set of products.

However, to make the taste original and refined, you can add cinnamon, vanillin, cream, chocolate, cocoa and many different products. The beauty of this dessert lies in its usefulness. There is calcium in milk, in gelatin - natural substances for strengthening bones, coffee and cocoa - it is an antidepressant, and if honey is used instead of sugar, then this dessert can be called real royal jelly.

To make the jelly really tasty, I recommend using sterilized milk, which is not worth boiling, otherwise the dessert may have an unpleasant shade. And if you don’t have any milk at all, don’t use powdered milk, it’s better to make jelly with sour cream. It is still important in the preparation of jelly not to violate the technology and observe proportions. If you boil gelatin or overdo it with liquid, then the jelly may just not freeze.

Products:   250 ml of milk, 30 mg of gelatin, 1 tablespoon of coffee, 250 ml of drinking water, 1 teaspoon of vanillin, sugar to taste.

Making Milk Coffee Jelly

Pour gelatin with warm water, mix and leave to swell for 15 minutes. After this time, slightly warm the gelatin, the maximum temperature of its heating is 80 degrees.

Pour the milk into the pan, add sugar or honey, warm it up a bit. Strain the gelatin through a filter and add to the milk mixture.

Pour the milk into a pan and send it to freeze for 3 hours.

When the milk jelly hardens, cut it into cubes and arrange in a bowl.

Now make the second part of the jelly - coffee. To do this, brew coffee in a way convenient for you. You can use a coffee machine, a turk or just pour boiling water. You can also replace coffee with cocoa powder or combine these products. Then do the same procedure with gelatin as the first time, and strain it into a coffee mass through a filter or sieve.

Pour the cooled coffee jelly into a bowl on top of the milk jelly. Then send the dessert to cool in the refrigerator. If the coffee jelly is warm, then it can slightly flood the milk, but it's okay, so the jelly will look prettier.

Today I will share with you a recipe for a delicious and healthy low-calorie dessert, perfect for eating in the hot season. There are a lot of jelly recipes; I will prepare jelly based on milk and strong brewed coffee. This dessert can be included in any diet, varying only the amount of sugar used. The fact is that calorie jelly is only 80 kcal per 100 g. Gelatin-based desserts can easily replace high-calorie pastries, and besides, they are prepared very simply.

Ingredients for Milk Coffee Jelly:

for a coffee-based dark layer:

  • - ground coffee - 3 tablespoons;
  • - gelatin - 15 g;
  • - water - 200 ml.

for a light layer based on milk:

  • - milk - 200 ml;
  • - granulated sugar - 3 tablespoons;
  • - vanillin - 5 g;
  • - gelatin - 15 g.

Step-by-step recipe for milk coffee jelly with a photo:

Pour 15 grams of gelatin with chilled boiled water. In my case, this is one bag. I leave it for a while so that the gelatin has time to swell.

In the meantime, I brew enough strong coffee in Turk. In order to make the drink aromatic, it is better to brew coffee on low heat. Watch out for coffee so it doesn't run away. The drink should not boil. Turk should be removed from the fire when foam begins to appear on the surface. It retains the aroma of coffee, so it is so important to prevent coffee from boiling with boiling water. To achieve the best taste, this procedure can be repeated several times. I did this procedure twice.

I pour the finished coffee from the Turks into a teapot with a strainer. The smallest particles of ground coffee will linger in it, and this is just what we need. Through the same filter I pass the swollen gelatin, after which I mix everything thoroughly.

I pour coffee in forms for future jelly. I will use glasses and a bowl to show the original way of serving the finished jelly. I leave the form in the refrigerator until completely solidified.

While the dark layer of my jelly hardens, I boil milk. Let it cool down a little, after which I add sugar, a bag of vanillin and already swollen gelatin, prepared in the same way as for the coffee layer.

I pour the milk mixture into the molds with the future jelly. Gently place in the refrigerator until completely solidified. Usually jelly freezes in 2-3 hours.

Before serving the jelly form, you can hold it for a minute in warm water, then turn it over and put the finished jelly on the saucer. You can decorate with berries, a spoon of your favorite jam or powder. Coffee lovers will surely enjoy this dessert. Enjoy your meal!
