How to cook cod fillet in the oven with tomatoes

If you are using frozen cod fillet, then first you need to defrost it and it is better to do this in the refrigerator on the lowest shelf. As mentioned above, cod - lean fish, only the liver is fat in it.

The subtleties of cooking baked cod

  • It is customary to gut fish less than 1 kg without cutting the abdomen. To do this, cut off the head of the fish peeled from the scales, and then gut it through the hole. At the same time, do not forget to remove the black film that covers the inner side of the abdomen. When cutting such fish, neat, rounded pieces are obtained.

Ingredients:

  • cod - 1 pc.;
  • garlic - 2 cloves;
