  • Cucumber - 6 pcs.
  • Meat (pork, veal) - 0.5 kg
  • Turnip onion - 1.5 pcs.
  • Sweet Bulgarian pepper - 1 pc.
  • Garlic - 3 cloves
  • Sweet chili sauce - 2 tsp (ground chili - 0.5 tsp)
  • Sugar - 0.5 tsp
  • Ground coriander - 0.5 tsp
  • Soy sauce - 4 tbsp. l.
  • Vinegar grape or ordinary (5%) - 2.5 tbsp
  • Vegetable oil

Stages:

1. Chop fresh and young cucumbers into cubes. And immediately salt and stir in a plate so that the juice stands out. Move aside to stand for half an hour. Then drain the liquid and pepper (or pour in chili sauce), add coriander, granulated sugar and garlic passed through a press (1 clove).

2. Cut the meat you like best into long strips, but do not grind too much. Heat the frying pan, pour in vegetable oil and fry the pieces until cooked. Then add onion half rings, stir and simmer until soft and golden brown.
