2. Put vegetables in layers in a multicooker bowl (in random order).

I had this:

- potatoes, carrots (salt), greens, bell peppers and eggplant (frost residues), cabbage, tomato (salt). If the tomatoes are sour, then you can add a little sugar.

If the family prefers meals with at least a little oil, you can (optional):

- pour a small amount of vegetable oil into the bottom of the bowl;

- use chicken skin, chicken fat (cut off from the carcass) as a source of fat. Place on the bottom of the bowl first and then add the vegetables.

3. Select the "Extinguishing" mode from 1 to 1.5 hours.

And you can safely go for a walk (you can bookmark the ingredients even earlier and just set a delayed start).

4. After the beep, the vegetable stew in the multicooker will be ready. But if the family is late for a walk, the slow cooker will keep the dish warm.

Stir the vegetable stew before serving.
