We do not waste time in vain, we proceed to the preparation of apples. Rinse them under cold running water, dry with paper towels. kitchen towels, peel in turn, cut each into 2 halves, remove the seeds from them, cut into small cubes up to 1 centimeter in size and transfer to a deep bowl.

From above we spread apples in an artistic mess.

After that, put the semi-finished pudding in a preheated oven for 20 - 25 minutes.

Then turn off the oven and let the dish stand in it for another 10 - 12 minutes.
