Ask any hostess what she likes to cook for tea? Of course, it will be a manna. And all because the recipe for manna on kefir is very simple and quick, and it is prepared without adding flour, which is why many housewives like it. If you add a banana to everyone's usual pie, then in combination with vanilla it will give such an aroma during baking that everyone will salivate.

Even children are very fond of manna on kefir with bananas, while they usually hate simple semolina. Be sure to try it, I have no doubt that you will be satisfied! Personally, I prefer to bake kefir manna, thanks to which the dough is more airy.

Ingredients

  • Semolina - 250 gr.
  • Banana - 2 pcs.
  • Kefir - 0.5 l
  • Eggs - 2 pcs.
  • Sugar - 100-150 gr.
  • Vanillin - 1 sachet
  • Butter - 50 gr.
  • Flour - 150 gr.
  • Soda - 0.5 tsp.

Instructions

  1. In a separate bowl, mix the semolina and kefir. Mix the contents thoroughly with a fork and refrigerate for 40-50 minutes. This is done so that the semolina swell.

  2. In another bowl, mix chicken eggs, sugar and vanillin with a mixer. You can replace vanillin with vanilla sugar if desired.

  3. Finely chop the banana and add to the eggs. Beat everything with a mixer.

  4. We take out the swollen semolina from the refrigerator and mix it with the egg-banana mixture. Add softened butter and beat again. You will get such a mass.

  5. Add flour and baking soda last (you don't need to extinguish the soda). You should get a dough that looks like thick sour cream in consistency.

  6. I also left some dough (5 tsp) for decoration - mixed with cocoa. With this test we will draw patterns on top of the manna.

  7. Grease a baking sheet with vegetable oil and pour our dough into it. Now we will deal with the pattern - we spread the chocolate dough over the cake with a teaspoon and draw flowers, stars, etc.

  8. We bake manna on kefir with bananas in an oven preheated to 180 degrees for 30-40 minutes, until the pie is browned. We check the readiness with a toothpick - we pierce the cake with it, if the toothpick is dry, then the cake is ready.

    Here is such a beauty!

Banana manna will be especially tasty if cooked in a slow cooker. But even if you don't have this household appliance, it doesn't matter, the recipe for kefir manna is also suitable for the oven. It is worth preparing a treat once so that it becomes a frequent guest at a festive or family table. In addition, many housewives will like cooking it in a multicooker - it's quick and easy.

To cook manna on kefir in a multicooker, we will use a 2.4 liter multicooker. If you are going to bake a dish in the oven, any shape and even a simple frying pan will do.

The main highlight of the described recipe is that it uses bananas. We will use them fresh to preserve all the beneficial and nutritious properties that have a beneficial effect on the human body. And participation in the preparation of semolina will help:

  • Normalize bowel function;
  • Saturate the body with vitamins B1, B2 and B6 and minerals: magnesium, phosphorus, calcium and iron;
  • Improve metabolism.

Such pastries can be given even to small children aged 1 year and older. The crumbs will love the manna with bananas cooked in the slow cooker, and they will eat the portion to the last bite.

Ingredients

The recipe for making manna on kefir with bananas includes:

  • 0.5 l of kefir of any fat content;
  • 1 cup semolina
  • 3 eggs;
  • 1/3 tsp salt;
  • 1/3 tsp vanilla sugar;
  • 10 g baking powder;
  • 200 g sour cream;
  • 1 banana (overripe is better);
  • butter for greasing the multicooker bowl;

Some housewives improve the recipe and add various types of jam or candied fruit to the manna on kefir to enhance the taste. If you wish, you can get by with lemon zest, sprinkle with manna with bananas.

Recipe

1. Pour the semolina into a deep bowl.

2. After - pour 0.5 l of kefir of any fat content into it. Pour out a little, stirring constantly, so as not to get lumps - if they remain, the cake will crunch in some places. Make sure that the semolina is completely saturated with kefir. Leave the mixture of semolina with kefir for 30 minutes, during which time the cereal should swell.

3. While the semolina is swelling, take another container and beat 3 eggs in it, adding salt, sugar and vanilla to taste. Add baking powder to make the dough fluffy. If not, regular vinegar slaked soda will do. To do this, take soda at the tip of a knife, pour it into a spoon and extinguish it with 1 tbsp. l. vinegar. The effect will be the same. Beat the whole mixture with a mixer, whisk, fork or blender.

Do not wait until white foam appears - just enough for all the ingredients to mix well.

4. Pour the egg mixture into the swollen semolina and mix well until smooth.

5. Prepare a baking container. Grease a bowl in a slow cooker with butter. It's okay if you don't have a multicooker. The same recipe allows you to cook manna in a frying pan or a special form, which also needs to be greased.

Margarine or sunflower oil is also suitable for lubricating the mold.

6. Having prepared the container, pour the dough into it for the future manna and cover with a lid. Place the multicooker on the bake setting for 45 minutes. or in an oven preheated to 180 degrees, at the same time.

While the cake is baking, prepare the manna cream. His recipe is surprisingly simple.

7. Take sour cream and banana. Mash a banana in a container with sour cream or use a blender for this purpose. Put the cream in the refrigerator until the manna is ready.

8. When the cake is ready, do not keep it in a slow cooker or oven for too long, take it out of the bowl or mold and start decorating the manna. To do this, you can:

  • Cut the cake in half and coat the bottom layer with cooked banana-sour cream;
  • Make a cut in the middle and place the cream in the cut and spread it over the top of the cake;
  • Just grease the cake on top without cutting it.

If you haven't used all of the banana, or if you have more fruit, you can place the banana slices on top of the pie as a decoration and a tasty addition. If you put all the cream inside the cake, sprinkle the cake with icing sugar on top.

You can serve kefir manna hot or cold along with milk, chocolate, tea or coffee.
