So let's get started.
Take 4 eggs and break them into a bowl.

Beat them with a mixer into foam.

Let it cool down a bit and pour it into the eggs. Whisk well again.

Add a glass of sugar (200 gr)

Salt and add vanilla to taste.
Whip it all up again.

Now add flour. 300 grams will be enough. It is better to sift the flour.

Again, beat everything well so that there are no lumps. The dough turns out to be the consistency of pancakes.

We take the form and heat it up on the burner.

When the form warms up, it needs to be lubricated with vegetable oil, for this you can use a brush.
Now pour the dough on one side of the mold. Approximately two tablespoons
It is better to level the dough with a spoon over the entire surface.

Cover with the second part of the form and bake on the burner for 2-3 minutes on each side.
Well, our delicious cookies are ready. We make tea or coffee. And enjoy the taste of childhood.

Cookies become crispy when cool. At first, the cookies are very soft, so you need to cool them on a flat surface.

Homemade cakes have always been valued above purchased products. One of these delicacies, which is popular with tea drinking, is homemade shortbread cookies. Preparing the dough is incredibly simple, moreover, the products are quickly baked, which is important in case of unexpected guests. A simple recipe for shortbread cookies, as well as several options for modifying it, is given below.

For simple shortbread cookies, you will need products that can be found in the kitchen of any housewife.

  • millet flour - 250 gr;
  • drain. oil - 180 gr;
  • yolks - 2 units;
  • sugar - 100 gr;
  • salt - a pinch.

Cooking shortbread dough for cookies is easy: the process begins with butter, salt and sugar - they need to be ground. To make it easier to grind, it is recommended to get the oil out of the refrigerator in advance - at least 20 minutes in advance.

When a more or less homogeneous mass is obtained, we introduce flour in small portions, kneading the dough. Roll the finished dough into a ball and send it to the refrigerator for half an hour.

Roll out the chilled dough into a sheet 5 mm thick. Using special figured molds or a simple glass, we cut out cookies, put them on a baking sheet with parchment paper and bake for a quarter of an hour at 180 degrees.

How to cook with jam?

Filled biscuits are especially loved by children. Instead of jam, you can use jam or fruit jam.

  • egg;
  • ½ stack Sahara;
  • 1 tsp baking soda, slaked with vinegar;
  • 200 gr margarine;
  • 3 stack. sifted flour;
  • 200 gr of thick berry jam.

Beat the egg with sugar into a homogeneous mass.

Grind margarine and flour separately. We combine both masses, add soda. Knead a homogeneous dough, wrap in a film or put in a bag, cool in the refrigerator for about half an hour.

Divide the dough into larger and smaller pieces. Roll out the larger part and put it on a baking sheet, evenly distribute the jam on top of the dough and grate the smaller part on a coarse grater. Bake at 220 degrees. within 20-25 minutes. Immediately after removing, cut into squares or diamonds, leave to cool.

On sour cream

Delicate sour cream cookies go well with milk, tea, juice, herbal decoctions. Before serving, you can sprinkle with powdered sugar, or cover with icing, melted chocolate.

  • fat sour cream - 250 gr;
  • honey - 2 table. l.;
  • drain. oil - 200 gr;
  • sugar - 150 gr;
  • freshly squeezed juice from 1 lemon;
  • soda - ½ table. l.;
  • flour - 2 stack.

Mash the butter into a gruel, add honey, sour cream and mix well until a uniform shade.

Squeeze juice from citrus, pour into the mass, mix again.

Sift flour and soda into the mass without extinguishing it.

Knead the dough by hand. Roll out with a layer 2 cm thick, cut circles in a pile - you get the same lumps, roll them into balls and spread them out on a prepared baking sheet. Bake for a quarter of an hour in a preheated oven.

Sablé is the perfect shortbread cookie

  • drain. oil - 115 gr;
  • sugar powder - 2.5 table. l.;
  • flour - 160 gr;
  • egg divided into protein and yolk;
  • salt - ¼ tsp;
  • brown sugar - 2 table. l.

The butter, which has become soft at room temperature, is stirred with a spoon until its consistency begins to resemble a cream. Then we sift the powder and salt into it, mix for a couple of minutes until the mass becomes a homogeneous structure.

Next, add the yolk, stir until smooth. At the end, we introduce flour, be sure to sift it. Mix well - the dough will become lumpy, the flour will evenly absorb moisture, distributing throughout the mass.

We stretch the film on the working surface, spread the dough on it and form an approximately even oblong lump. We wrap it in a film and roll it on the table to make a “sausage”, of a uniform diameter along the entire length. Cool in the refrigerator for a couple of hours.

After the set time, the dough will harden well, and it will be convenient to use it: cut the sausage in half, put one part back in the refrigerator for a while, grease the second with whipped protein on all sides and sprinkle with sugar. We cut the bar into rings and lay it out on a baking sheet with parchment. The action is repeated with the second part of the test. We bake at 200 degrees. within 20 minutes.

On a note. The dough for this cookie can be prepared in large quantities and stored in the refrigerator for up to 2 days, and in the freezer for up to 2 months. The workpiece is laid out in packages and used in portions.

Kurabye refers to oriental sweets, quite popular in many countries. According to the classics, it is prepared in the form of a flower (for example, squeezed out with a confectionery syringe, like meringue) with a drop of jam in the middle, or in the form of a rhombus. According to legend, a pinch of saffron is added to the dough.

And we suggest that you familiarize yourself with the basic basis of the test for kurabye:

  • 150 gr of powdered sugar;
  • 150 gr melted plums. oils;
  • 300 gr flour.

First of all, beat the butter and powder - it is recommended to first work through the products with a fork so that the powder does not scatter when working with a mixer. We separate small pieces from the common lump and roll them into sausages up to 10 cm long and 2 cm wide. Draw a fork on top, pressing lightly, drawing stripes. Cut into diagonal rhombuses. You can leave it as it is and put it on a baking sheet, or you can combine 2 pieces so that the shape resembles 2 leaves.

We bake at 180 degrees. within 15-20 minutes.

Homemade cookies - serpentine

An interesting option for serving shortbread cookies is in the form of snails, or serpentine. The peculiarity of this type is that it combines two doughs - chocolate and ordinary, sweet.

  • eggs - 2 units;
