We wash the gutted carcass and let it dry. Rub inside and outside with paprika, salt and pepper. We make small cuts and insert the garlic cloves into them. Lubricate the carcass with vegetable oil mixed with mustard. Thanks to this, the bird will become fragrant and juicy. Let her marinate for at least 6 hours in the cold. Then we put rosemary leaves and cut fruit into wedges inside. Stuffed bird wrap in foil and place breast down on a baking sheet. We bake at 200 degrees for about an hour, and then lower the temperature to 170 and cook the poultry for another 4 hours. About half an hour before the end of the process, remove the foil and bake the turkey until golden brown.

Mix spices with vegetable oil, add chopped garlic, salt, juice of 1 orange and half a lemon. Stir it all well. Rub the carcass with prepared marinade. We put it in the cold for 12 hours.

While the poultry is marinating, prepare the filling: peel the oranges and divide into slices. We clean the apples from the skin and seeds and also cut them. We combine everything and stir, fill the abdomen with the resulting mass. If something doesn't fit, put it on a baking sheet around the bird. Cook at 200 degrees for about 120 minutes.
