Making donuts yourself does not require any special skills. You only need to know a few subtleties that will help you prepare a delicious sweetness. Donuts are not difficult to give the usual shape. There are two ways. The first, when the dough is rolled into a sausage, is cut into balls of equal size, each ball is shaped into a circle and a hole is made in the center with a finger. The second way - several bundles are rolled from the dough, from which a ring of the required size is formed.

Do not forget that donuts will almost double in size when frying. This must be taken into account when cooking. Ingredients:

  • Dry yeast 2 tsp
  • Flour 350 g
  • Vegetable oil 3 tbsp. l.
  • Sugar 3 tbsp. l.
  • A pinch of salt
  • Eggs 1 pc.
  • Milk 20 ml
  • Vegetable oil for frying


Cooking method:

Heat the milk slightly and add the yeast, stir. Add a few tablespoons of flour, 1 tablespoon of sugar and let stand in a warm place for about half an hour.
