And one more plus: chicken cutlets with cabbage are very easy to prepare and economical: we take both main ingredients in equal quantities, and the result is a lot of dishes. Well, shall we try to cook it?

We need: a pound of chicken fillet and the same amount of white cabbage, a couple of onions, garlic, a mixture of peppers and salt, bread crumbs or flour (to roll), vegetable oil for frying.

  1. We cut the chicken fillet into larger pieces, after rinsing thoroughly under the tap. If we buy a frozen product, then it must first be defrosted naturally (and not in hot water or in the microwave) - it will be tastier.
  2. We wash the cabbage and cut into large strips. And cut the onion into cubes.
  3. Next, let's do the minced meat. We drive the fileshka and onions through a meat grinder (we will choose larger holes in the grate).

Thus, we will zap all products. I got 16 pieces. Heat the sunflower oil in a frying pan. Put the blanks in it and fry them until golden brown.
