I want to present to your attention a simple, but very delicious recipe cabbage cutlets. This dish will appeal even to those who do not like or eat cabbage at all. Cabbage cutlets look like meat cutlets, but they taste incomparable. They cook quickly, just like they are eaten. Cabbage needs to be lightly boiled in diluted milk to get tender creamy taste... Cutlets are fried in breadcrumbs, inside they are tender and soft, and on the outside they are crispy. As usual meat cutlets add some onions and carrots. Ingredients:

  • juicy white cabbage - 800 grams.
  • cow's milk - 500 ml.
  • water - 200 ml.
  • onion - 1 head.
  • carrot - half.
  • egg - 1 piece.
  • dry dill, salt - to taste.
  • wheat flour - 4 tbsp. spoons.
  • sunflower oil - for frying.

How to cook cabbage cutlets:

Fresh white cabbage should be washed and the top leaves cut off. Peel and wash the carrots and onions.
