Ingredients:
unsweetened loaf,
1 avocado
150 gr. cherry tomato,
greens,
balsamic vinegar,
olive oil,
½ lemon.

Preparation:
Cut the loaf into circles, brush with olive oil and put in the oven, preheated to 220 degrees, for 10-15 minutes. Cut the cherry in half, brush with olive oil and also place in the oven for 10 minutes. This completes the preparation, everything else can be done in nature. Peel the avocado, remove the pit, cut into small cubes and pour over lemon juice... Place the cherry tomatoes on the prepared loaf pieces, then the avocado and finely chopped greens. Add some balsamic vinegar.

It is rather difficult to plan a picnic in advance, as a rule, the desire to go to nature appears suddenly. Of course, there is no time for global preparations, so picnic sandwiches are an excellent solution. In order not to cook all the same standard sandwiches with sausage and mayonnaise or with cheese and butter from time to time, stock up on herbs, vegetables and new recipes in advance, and eat tasty, varied and right even during field trips!
