If you suddenly did not have raisins, it does not matter, instead of it you can add fried and ground walnuts... Or 1 teaspoon instant coffee and 2 teaspoons of cocoa, only these ingredients need to be added before flour. Because if you do not put raisins or nuts in the dough, then the amount of flour will have to be slightly increased to the desired consistency.

4. Preparation of soda.
