You must first prepare golden fried onion... To do this, you need large onions, which we clean and cut into half rings. We send the onions to a frying pan greased with olive oil.

Sprinkle sugar on the onion while cooking to make it golden.

Cut the pork into steaks or medallions, cool and put in a container.

In nature, put the meat on a wire rack and fry until tender.

If you are cooking beef, you can fry the meat to medium (medium-cooked steak) or medium rare (steak with blood). Salt, pepper and cut the finished meat into pieces.

We collect sandwiches: cut the booths in half, grease them with mustard, lay out the pieces of meat and decorate with caramelized onions.


For cooking you will need:

  • tuna in its own juice;
  • cucumbers;
  • Red onion;
  • leaf salad;
  • mayonnaise.

Cut the pieces of toaster bread in half to make triangles. Knead the pieces of tuna with a fork and spread on toast.

Put thin slices of cucumber and onion on top. Decorate with lettuce leaves. If desired, the tuna layer can be brushed with light mayonnaise.

  • mayonnaise;
  • mustard;
  • cucumber;
  • radish;
  • watercress;
  • salt;
  • pepper.

Preparing the egg spread. To do this, cut the hard-boiled chicken eggs into small cubes, add mustard, mayonnaise, a little salt and pepper to them. We mix all the components of the salad.

Cut the bread into rectangles and grease each piece with an egg mixture.

On top we lay out beautifully circles of radish and cucumber. Decorate the canapes with watercress leaves.

  • onion;
  • yogurt;
  • cucumbers;
  • olive oil;
  • garlic;

  • pepper.

Prepare in advance cucumber sauce... For this fresh cucumbers peel off and three for coarse grater... Sprinkle the gruel with salt and transfer to a colander. Leave it for 15 minutes to drain the excess juice.

Squeeze out the cucumber mixture and add a little yogurt, olive oil, garlic, passed through a press and pepper to it. Stir the sauce and send it to the cold for a couple of hours.

Put a little on a piece of bread grated cheese, pieces of meat fried on a wire rack. Put the tomato and onion slices on top and pour over the sauce. Sprinkle with grated cheese and cover with another piece of bread.

Fry the finished sandwich on a wire rack on both sides.
