Ingredients:

Chicken fillet - 1 piece

Preparation:

Boil the eggs and separate the yolks from the whites. Grind proteins into coarse grater and soak in red cabbage juice for 30 minutes. Then it will turn into a pleasant blue color... Bell peppers need to be rubbed on fine grater or if you have a blender, better grind it there. Add spices to it to taste and olive oil... Mix thoroughly. Boil the potatoes in their skins and cool. Peel it and rub on a coarse grater. Boil the mushrooms and chop finely. If you are using pickled produce, simply slice it up.

Cut the boiled fillet finely. Now you can start forming "toys" from grated potatoes... You can use the photo as an example. Ingredients:

Cream cheese - 300 grams
? Ham - 200 grams
? Pine nuts - 50 grams

How to make a Christmas toy salad for the New Year

Cut potatoes, pickled cucumber, ham, half a carrot and a hard-boiled egg into small cubes.


In this recipe, combine all the ingredients in a deep salad bowl, season with 1 tablespoon of mayonnaise, salt to taste and stir.


We spread the salad in a small round bowl, which will serve as a form for christmas ball... Lightly ram the salad with a tablespoon.


On top of the bowl we put a large flat plate in which the dish will be served, after which we turn the bowl upside down - as a result, the salad will be on a flat plate. Lubricate it from above with the remaining mayonnaise over the entire surface.
