After boiling, peel the potatoes and cut into circles, and fry the minced meat with vegetables. By the way, a secret delicious cake there will be no addition of minced meat, but the use of finely chopped boiled or stewed meat. And believe me, both beef or pork and chicken are suitable here.

Let's start forming the cake. In a baking dish, grease the bottom with oil or spread the oiled parchment paper... Fill the bottom with dough a little, and then a layer of potatoes. The next layer is meat filling, and the final one is the remaining dough.

- a teaspoon of soda and starch;
- lemon juice;
- 300 grams of meat or chicken;
- 3 pieces of potatoes;
- onions, black pepper.

This amount is enough for about 6-7 guests. The dish is very convenient to take with you to work or to a picnic, if there is something left after dinner.

So, we wash our meat and cut it into small identical cubes. We also peel the potatoes and cut them into cubes. We send chopped onions to vegetables, salt everything, add pepper and mix.

For the dough, mix sour cream and mayonnaise, salt, add eggs and beat. Add starch, stir, add flour. It is better to quench soda with vinegar or take lemon juice for this. As a result, you should have a dough that is liquid in consistency, homogeneous and without lumps. In the pan you are going to bake in, grease the bottom.

Pour in half of the dough, spread evenly potato and meat filling... Pour out the rest of the dough. We remove the form in the oven and bake for at least one hour at a temperature of 170-180 degrees. Meat and potatoes will cook well during this time.

Jellied Pie with Meat and Mushrooms

The recipe for a pie with meat and mushrooms will come to the rescue in an emergency, when you urgently need to cook something tasty for dinner or meet unexpected guests. the dough is prepared very simply: from fermented milk products, eggs and flour. The recipe for the dough will be the same as for the jellied pie with potatoes and meat. But the filling will go slightly different components.

To prepare the filling, take 300 grams boiled beef or pork and 300 grams of mushrooms. Champignons are fine, like any forest mushrooms... We cut them not very finely, fry them with onions until cooked (since we also use completely cooked meat). At the end, add the chopped meat to the pan and mix everything.

In the form, grease the bottom with oil, pour in a small part of the dough. Gently smooth the filling over the entire surface. Pour over the rest of the dough (don't worry if the dough does not cover the entire filling in one continuous layer) and then send to the oven. A pie with mushrooms and meat will be ready in 20-25 minutes. Enjoy your meal!
