After cooking, I still have an ownerless banana. So today we have banana waffles for breakfast. This is my favorite recipe at the moment. Composition:

  • Ripe banana - 1 piece
  • Baking powder - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Sugar - 70-80 grams

2. Install the REDMOND multi-baker plate (Viennese waffle dish) RAMB-02. We plug it in and wait for the green indicator to light up. We lay out the dough in panels. Bake for 5 minutes.

Melt the butter for banana waffles in the microwave or in a saucepan on the stove, without bringing it to a boil. Let it cool to room temperature.


Mash a large ripe banana with a fork or puree with a blender. There is no sugar in this recipe, so the taste of the finished dessert will depend on the choice of bananas - the more ripe and sweeter the banana, the sweeter the finished waffles will be.

I like to cook banana puree with a fork more, because this leaves small pieces that come across in ready-made waffles.

Add cooled melted butter, a pinch of salt, cinnamon and mashed banana to the beaten eggs. Stir with a mixer until smooth.



Sift wheat flour with baking powder and add it to the liquid part. Stir with a spatula or spoon until smooth so that there are no lumps.



The consistency of the dough should be quite thick, not runny. If you put the dough in a spoon and turn it over, then the dough should stretch in a wide thick ribbon. If your dough is thin, add quite a bit of flour, for example 1 tablespoon, mix well and check the dough again for thickness. Do not add too much flour, otherwise the finished waffles will be too dense and dry.



Lubricate the electric waffle iron with a thin layer of vegetable oil, put the banana dough (about 1.5 tablespoons per waffle) and bake, according to the instructions for use of the device. The rougher the waffles, the crisper the crust.


Until recently, everyone admired the super-useful kitchen appliance - a multicooker, and now electric waffle irons and multi-bakers have become the most fashionable culinary assistants.

The desire to try a popular kitchen gadget did not pass me by either. We bought the multibaker at a very favorable price, and I immediately began to test it. Immediately I note that I was very pleased with the new device! The kit includes replacement panels for making waffles, sandwiches and a grill panel. And by far the best thing I've mastered is the waffle panel. Almost no morning is complete without delicious crunchy or soft waffles for breakfast! There are a lot of recipes and secrets of their preparation, I slowly master and experiment.

The whole family immediately fell in love with banana waffles. Soft, airy, moderately sweet, in a word, very tasty! I propose to cook and share the recipe with pleasure.

Ingredients

  • 3 tbsp. tablespoons of flour

How to make banana waffles

Peel the banana and turn it into a smooth puree. This can be done with a blender or fork. Although you can keep a few pieces, the flavor of the waffles will be even more interesting.

Add one egg to the banana puree and mix well. It should be small so that the taste is not felt in the dough.

It remains to add the dry ingredients: flour and baking powder. We choose flour to taste: it can be ordinary wheat flour, and for adherents of proper nutrition I advise you to take oat, corn or rice flour. Knead a rather thin dough.

I completely forgot to say that during the preparation of the waffle dough, the electric waffle iron or multi-baker must be turned on and heated. Since the paneling is non-stick, I do not add oil when baking. I just spread it on 2 tbsp. spoons of dough and close the lid.

Even a novice cook can make banana waffles in a waffle iron. The set of products is very simple, and the ready-made dessert is also healthy.

Even children can be fed such waffles. They will be happy with such a breakfast.

Banana oatmeal waffles for breakfast

This recipe will appeal to all those who cannot feed their children with oatmeal. Such waffles will be very tasty and healthy.

With pleasure, the kids gobble up such a dessert by both cheeks. The flatbreads are delicious, crispy, have an unusual aroma, and even healthy, because they contain a banana.

Components:

1 tbsp. oatmeal; 1 PC. banana; half st. water; half st. milk; 2 tbsp rast. oils; 1 tbsp Sahara; salt; 1 tbsp flour.

Cooking algorithm:

  1. I put all the components in a blender. Grind the mass until smooth.
  2. The dough will turn out like sour cream, it will be very liquid, and therefore by adding a little flour, you can make the batch as it would be ideal for baking.
  3. Lubricate rast. the device must be installed with butter so that the dough does not stick to the surface. Place 1 tbsp. test on the surface of the device.
  4. Bake the dough until tender. Light wafers will be soft, and if you make them rich in color, the dessert will be crispy. Such cakes can be served on the table in the form of a tube, or they can be supplemented with filling. You can also sprinkle with sah. powdery dessert.

Rest assured that the dessert is delicious. No one can guess that it included oatmeal.

Banana waffles with mineral water

Components:

2 pcs. bananas; 1 tbsp lemon juice; 200 gr. flour; 75 gr. Sahara; 2 tsp baking powder; 3 pcs. chickens. eggs; 4 tbsp mineral water; 50 gr. dark chocolate; 125 gr. sl. oils; 100 ml milk; 1 tsp vanilla extract; salt.

Cooking algorithm:

  1. Toss the chickens in a bowl. eggs; sugar; salt; van. extract. I peel the bananas, pour them with lemon juice.
  2. Puree bananas with a fork.
  3. In chickens. eggs I introduce mineral water.
  4. Pour in flour and baking powder, beat the mass with a mixer.
  5. I introduce mashed bananas, sl. oil, but I heat it first.
  6. The dough should be liquid in composition. I bake waffles in a waffle iron. They should be golden in color.
  7. On the basis of melted chocolate and milk, I make a sauce for dessert. It turns out very tasty!

Components:

400 ml of milk; 60 ml of water; 50 ml plant. oils; 225 gr. banana without peel; 50 ml of liquid honey; 350 gr. flour; 6 gr. baking powder; 2 gr. soda; half tsp vanillin; half tsp salt and 70 gr. nuts.

Cooking algorithm:

  1. I mix water and milk, syrup, sl. butter.
  2. I knead the bananas with a fork, add them to the milk and knead.
  3. I mix flour with salt, add baking powder, vanillin and soda. Add to mineral water and mix with a fork to make the mass homogeneous.
  4. I chop the nuts, add them to the dough and knead with a fork.
  5. I must warm up the waffle iron, grease the rast. oil. I put dough into it, 2 tablespoons will be enough. I bake until fully cooked.

Do not open the appliance until the waffles are ready.

There is a great chance that they will just break. Serve them with honey, syrup or jam.

Orange waffles with banana

To make 10 waffles, you need to buy an affordable food set.

Components:

1 PC. chickens. egg; 1 tbsp. flour; 1 tsp baking powder; 1/8 tsp salt; 1 tbsp Sahara; half st. orange juice; 1/3 part of Art. banana puree; 4 tbsp sl. butter (you need to melt and cool the mass).

Cooking algorithm:

  1. Beat chickens. protein to the state of a tough foam. I leave aside. I mix dry ingredients and leave aside.
  2. I mix the liquid components and pour into the flour mixture. I stir the mass and introduce the sl. butter. I bring in the protein, which is worth beating well. You can use cranberries, carrots, strawberries, etc. for a variety of tastes.

Apple banana waffles

Components:

450 ml of kefir; 1 PC. apples and the same amount of bananas; 5 tbsp oatmeal and corn flour; 3 pcs. chickens. eggs; half tsp soda.

Cooking algorithm:

  1. Chicken. beat the eggs with a fork.
  2. I introduce kefir.
  3. Apples rubbed on a grater. I make banana from mashed potatoes, add soda and flour. I stir the mass.
  4. I bake waffles in an electric waffle iron.

Crispy banana waffles
