I don’t know about you, but my family loves cutlets very much. So today for lunch, I cooked the most delicious meatballs with oatmeal. And I really want to tell you how to cook such cutlets at home. Crack the egg into a bowl and mix with milk.

Pour into a bowl cold water and begin to form cutlets. Dip your hands in water, wet them and take a piece of minced meat. Shape into a round or oval patty. There is no principle in this, make such cutlets as you like.

Ingredients:

300 grams of minced chicken;

300 grams of minced pork;

100 grams of oatmeal;

Two cloves of garlic;

A pinch of soda;
