Salad from the category of "well, very tasty", I have not yet seen a single person who would not like it. The main thing for this salad is to stand for a while and soak well, then it will be even more tender, fragrant and tasty.

For 4 - 5 servings:

Compound:
300 g chicken fillet
150 g carrots
100 g onion
1 can of canned corn
300 g mushrooms
2 eggs
200 g mayonnaise
salt, pepper - to taste

Boil the chicken fillet until tender in salted water and finely chop. We rub the carrots on a coarse grater. Finely chop the onion. We clean the mushrooms and cut into small cubes. In a frying pan in vegetable oil, fry the onion until golden brown, then add the carrots, fry lightly. Next, add the mushrooms and fry until all the liquid boils away, it will take at least 10 minutes. Then the mushroom mixture must be salted, peppered and cooled.


Ready-made onion-mushroom mixture

Boil the eggs hard boiled, then rub on a coarse grater. We mix mushrooms with onions and carrots, chicken fillet, eggs and corn together (drain the liquid).


Mixing all the ingredients

Salt, pepper, season with mayonnaise and send the salad to the refrigerator for 3-4 hours.

LIVER SALAD

The salad is delicious!!! This time, instead of the liver, I had a LIVER PATE (chicken, I made it myself). And it seemed to me that it was even tastier and more tender with it! Products rub on a coarse grater.

1 layer - boiled grated potatoes
2 layer - boiled grated eggs
3 layer-fried grated liver (I have chicken).
4 layer - fried carrots with onions
Each layer with mayonnaise and a little salt.

Since there was no time, each layer, before laying, mixed with mayonnaise, lined a bowl with cellophane, laid out the layers in reverse order, cooled in the freezer for 10 minutes and turned over onto a dish.

Very tasty salad.
Do not be afraid of the unusual composition of the ingredients.
I recommend....

* 800 g frozen squid
* 400 g fillet of sea fish (I had sole)
* 1 large onion
* 2 medium boiled carrots
* 4 boiled eggs
* 300 g white cabbage
* mayonnaise

Boil squids in salted water from the moment of boiling water for 4 minutes, cool, peel from films, cut into strips.
Peel the carrots and cut into cubes.
Cut the eggs into cubes too.
Shred the cabbage and rub it well with your hands.
Finely chop the onion, fry until golden brown, add the fish fillet cut into pieces to the onion, fry until the fish is ready, add salt, cool, drain the excess oil (you can use a sieve).

Salad "Olivier" in a new way

potatoes (boiled) - 3 pcs

carrots (boiled) - 1 pc.

cucumber (salted or pickled) - 5 pcs

onion - 1 pc.

sausage ("Doctor's") - 200 g

green peas (canned) - 200 g
mayonnaise (for dressing + 2 tsp for pancakes)
wheat flour (for pancakes) - 2 tbsp. l
cheese (for pancakes) - 150 g
chicken egg (for pancakes) - 3 pcs
vegetable oil (for frying) - 1 tbsp. l


Peel potatoes, carrots, onions, cut into small cubes.


Cucumbers and sausage also cut.


Add green peas (leave a little for decoration) and mayonnaise.
Mix.


Put the salad in the middle of the dish.


Beat eggs with salt. Add flour and vegetable oil.


Bake pancakes.


Grate cheese, add a little mayonnaise. Mix.


Spread cheese on pancakes.


Wrap rolls, cut into circles.


Put them on a salad. Decorate with green peas.

Cooking method
