You love tropical fruits, I really ... I always thought what can be prepared from non-traditional fruits for us, and now I came across a very interesting and unusual dessert - papaya jam. I will definitely buy this fruit for myself and try to cook this unusual jam.

Requires 1 green. papaya, the same amount (by weight) of sugar and cloves if you like.
