How to stop drinking tea and coffee. Avoiding coffee and tea is a small step towards health

19.04.2019 Salads

The use of caffeine drinks has firmly entered our daily life... And so hard that some people cannot imagine their life without another cup of caffeine. In addition to the physical dependence caused by caffeine, the procedure for taking caffeine drinks has its own psychological background: 5 minutes spent with a mug of your favorite drink are associated with a period of rest. This is especially true in the workplace, when you want to hide from the endless hustle and bustle and problems and give yourself a few extra minutes of rest, and the company of a hot cup of your favorite drink acts as an excuse for this.

It is not for nothing that caffeine is considered a soft drug, and it is difficult to disagree with this, having learned what properties it has:

  • Gives a surge of strength and energy;
  • Develops addiction;
  • Able to briefly improve the condition of the individual, by its tonic properties;
  • Relieves or relieves pain;
  • Temporarily improves mental activity and brain function in general.

Moreover, speaking about tea and coffee, we mean what they sell to us in stores under this name. And this, you see, is far from natural origin, because large enterprises are not inclined to think about the naturalness of their products and the health of the consumer - only financial gain is the driving incentive. Because, pouring boiling water over the next bag of tea, it is strange to see how in a second the clear water becomes a rich dark color. Real tea doesn't behave like that. This means that unnatural ingredients are used.

However, if you try not to exceed the reasonable intake of tea, coffee and other caffeinated beverages, then your habit will not do much harm. Let everyone determine their own norm, in all honesty (if it is of course necessary for a person).

Since I have always been interested in the topic healthy way life (it just so happened that the sores did not pass me by) I have always tried to make my life less destructive to my health. I rarely drank coffee anyway, although the home brewed it every day. It so happened that my soul was more in love with tea: both black and green - no matter what it was, I brewed it.

Having learned about the harm of sugar, I, of course, tried drinking tea without it or replacing it with honey. Gradually giving up sugar, you begin to taste tea differently. It was a long time ago, and I did not attach much importance to such a transition - everything went naturally.

As time went on, I continued to "chifir": a day I drank about 5-6 cups black tea - not a lot and not a little in general, although I deliberately did not count - it could be either more or less. Just drinking tea for me was like a ritual of relaxation: when you come home, be sure to put the kettle on, you watch a movie, make two cups of tea with sandwiches, if you are tired or don't want to work, make a cup of tea, justify your laziness, and how you did it, drink tea boldly. In general, a lot of tea was spent: a box of tea with a hundred bags "left" in 2-3 weeks.

Crucial moment

The turning point came when I started walking in gym... Naturally, I was also interested in how to make my body assimilate more proteins. Sports nutrition did not apply - the dilemma with assimilation would disappear by itself. And then I accidentally overheard a conversation that a certain comrade did not sleep for a day, only because he tried some kind of tonic infusion (such as ginseng tincture or something like that). As the narrator explained:

- He has good receptors, the person does not drink tea or coffee. So he was hooked.

Thinking that "clean" receptors would not hurt me, I took note of this and gradually began to reduce the amount of tea. This was further facilitated by the fact that taste qualities my then tea was not distinguished by envy: paint that stains water, and after which even a mug is difficult to wash. Plus, the yellowness of my teeth was comparable to that of a heavy smoker. I attributed all this to the tea paint, since I was fine with brushing my teeth, and I saw the results left on the mug in the form of tea deposits.

Liberation from tea addiction

So gradually, I freed myself from tea addiction and is already "clean" of tea for about six months. I did not experience any particular withdrawal or something else. The desire to drink that paint, which I used to love to pour into myself, does not exist at all. And just to natural loose tea I feel complete loyalty - I can drink, but I can not drink. At the same time, I began to notice that the craving for sweets was weakening - it no longer seemed so attractive, and its taste often became too sweet for me. For example, chocolates, which I loved so much to learn with tea, and did not calm down until it was completely eaten, became too sweet for me. Such changes did not come immediately, but only after a few months. Apparently, this is due to the fact that taste buds became really more sensitive.

What is the connection between tea and chocolate, it seems? And the connection is such that tea and coffee actively flush potassium from the body, which is trying to replenish it through the consumption of chocolate products. It turns out such a vicious circle - we drink tea with chocolate, the substances of which are actively washed out from our body, and our body, without replenishing this supply, requires more and more. Thus, we can conclude that drinking caffeine drinks provokes sugar cravings... Although this statement may seem quite controversial to some, at least there is logic in this (and I also confirm this with practice). In addition, chocolate, like tea and coffee, contains caffeine, which I no longer have a dependence on. This is another factor that speaks in favor of the close relationship between cocoa-containing products and caffeinated drinks. Here is such a theory, brothers!

Tea and coffee substitutes

Of course, it is difficult to completely remove hot drinks from life. Especially when you want to warm up, or you feel an incomprehensible "inner cold" (apparently these are the consequences of an accustomed organism to hot). I have to look for an alternative, because the syndrome of "internal cold" still worries me. Perhaps it will pass over time, but I do not count on it very much. I found a simple recipe for myself: honey, lemon, ginger root. It turns out a kind of Teraflu. I read it on the Internet, many advise to brew rose hips, chicory, various herbs and berries... I have not tried it myself, but I am sure that this is a worthy alternative to caffeine, both in taste and in benefits.

What's the bottom line?

In addition to the above effects, I have not noticed any other supernatural changes in my health, but I am sure that they will still be. Why? Because I didn't drink enough plain water all this time and only recently began to think about it. And I consider refusal from tea to be justified, since I consider dehydration the main destructive factor of caffeine drinks, i.e. drinking a glass of tea or coffee, we lose more moisture than we received. And this cannot but affect the functioning of the body, because we are still 70% water. Therefore, make yourself a habit of drinking plain purified water, and start your day with a glass of water (see). For those who want to know more about it, i recommend the book "Your body asks for water"... I will repeat once again the idea that I want to convey.

Along with avoiding caffeinated foods, try to increase your intake of plain purified water. This will help you overcome the chronic dehydration that plagues most people on the planet, especially coffee and tea drinkers. Try to bring your water intake to 1.5 liters per day - this is the minimum that will work for our health.

P.S. The teeth nevertheless became lighter by two or three shades, which is not significant by dental standards. But I did not put additional effort into this and did not use whitening pastes, so I believe that I still have the potential in teeth whitening and in another six months I will be able to achieve a noticeable improvement.

P.P.S. I am not an ardent opponent of tea and coffee, and if somewhere I am offered to drink one of these drinks, and I want it, then I will not refuse.

Hello!
I read your entire article. Very often I began to think about giving up caffeine, and therefore your post pushed me close to making the right decision.

From now on, I make a choice towards giving up caffeine. There are several reasons for this:
1. Getting rid of addiction
2. Clean teeth
3. Clean taste buds
4. Reducing cravings for sweets
5. Increase in water content in the body

That's enough for me. By the way, I thought tea and water were the same thing. Those. when I drink tea, I increase the amount of water in my body. This was the main reason I drank it.

What will I get by getting rid of the addiction:
1. Better health
2. Clean teeth
3. More free time
4. Cost savings

Thank you so much! I will keep you informed of my progress on the topic.
With good thoughts about you, Dmitry Rekun

“The yellowness of my teeth could be compared to a heavy smoker” - how is that? Have you compared teeth to a human? I would compare teeth with the teeth of another person))))

How is the author doing? Giving up tea and coffee is a good idea?
I myself periodically reduce the dose of tea, and coffee is already small. The alternative to tea is poorly chosen in my opinion. Ginger is quite specific, lemon is high acid, honey is also for frequent use do not fit, as for me. It is difficult to replace tea, I got used to it since childhood and my body is not so dependent on it, but adapted to it. And tea has become the most neutral drink for me. The adaptation of the body to new drinks can be even more harmful. Therefore, "I wanted the best" often works the other way around.

    • Another nonsense to refuse tea. If you drink tea and not chefir, then this is only good. Tea strengthens the walls of blood vessels. The conclusion is simple: drink tea without sugar and not very strong, like chefir, and you will benefit.

  • After giving up tea, abilities began to appear, inexplicable from the standpoint of science. Within a month. I am clear every night. Reading thoughts is triggered.
Now I begin to understand why we are all poisoned with tea. Tobacco addiction disappeared 2 weeks after giving up tea.

I have been drinking tea for 4 years (more than 10 cups a day until it becomes bad or I do not go to bed) at the same time I put 3 tablespoons of sugar at the beginning - but a year later - I got up to 10 tablespoons of sugar in a cup - I drank tea every 30 minutes - cup by cup - went for a smoke break and put the kettle on - (as a result, problems with the spine began - osteochondrosis (from the neck to the very lower back - pain in the wrist after exertion) deposition of fat on the abdomen and legs) high blood pressure - it rises then falls - constantly dry wood from tea - in the morning the oral cavity dries up, mood swings - if I stop drinking tea or coffee, then I become irritable - the world seems dull. And I noticed that tea causes great cravings to Nikatin - I drink a cup of tea (coffee) I want to smoke - I smoked - I have a breakdown - I wanted tea or coffee - then I drink again and I want to smoke. now I'm trying not to drink any tea or coffee at all - since all the muscles in my body are cracking with any movement - a strong tremor - observed for 3 years - I think the nervous system was damaged - with caffeine - or clogged the vessels - and I drank cheap tea bags - and cafes all in a row - in short, everything that came across

When I gave up coffee and tea, I got the following results:
    1. The urge to urinate has become less frequent and constant weakness in bladder passed
    2. My difficulty falling asleep subsided. Now I sleep like a groundhog.
    3. My anxiety and unnecessary fear disappeared. And with it sweat of palms and groin.
    4. The teeth are whiter.
    5. My normal heart rate is 10 beats slower.
    5. Sports activities are easier. No palpitations and shortness of breath.

I drank only brewed coffee, with in the morning, with milk, I love a lot of milk, but all the same, over time, I began to notice that as soon as I drink, I begin to feel my heart strongly, as if it was beating in my throat, and not where it is, an unpleasant sensation, and also cigarettes they went well for coffee, in general, the third day without coffee, without tea I don't feel any unpleasant heartbeat, I want to smoke less, I drink one water from morning until 11, I drink two liters, and I feel great) Water replenishes in the body what I washed out with caffeine for a long time, the body asked for water, and I - coffee, now, as I am reborn, I want to eat exactly on schedule, by 12, a lot of vegetables and fruits, super, try to remember the simplest rule - if there are three dishes on the table, two of them must be vegetable origin and you will always be fine, yes, and more greenery in everything is our strength and salvation from all bad diseases) Water, more vegetables, fruits and greens) Health to everyone) Be happy)

For a long time I searched the internet for a connection between tea and cravings for sweets. And then I found it. Thank. So I was not the only one who noticed it. For two days now, instead of tea, I have just been drinking boiling water with something tasty. But there is no longer such dependence on sweets. I recommend everyone to take advantage of the tea refusal. Try slicing a slice of cake or making sandwiches and see for yourself that if you don't toss your tea bag into the boiling water, you will eat much less. The first time I wrote a review somewhere in my 32 years, because this is really a very relevant topic. And there is very little talk about it.

    • Yana, it's good that you are thinking about reducing your consumption of caffeine and sweets. This is definitely a small step towards health. But remember: everything that is written here is only the opinion of the author, which does not pretend to be true, but only expresses his opinion and vision of the situation.

Eugene, thanks for the truthful article! Himself an avid coffee lover. I have been drinking coffee for many years, a Turk at home and 2 coffee makers ... The most important thing is that it all started with one cup in the morning .... Now I drink much large doses... I am actively involved in sports. I never felt my heart and knew and understood that it was in order! Now sometimes, but I feel unpleasant piercing. Take off in the morning, after lunch there is a breakdown and there are other unpleasant symptoms described above. But I did not understand that all this was due to banal coffee.
Thanks again to everyone for the truth about coffee. After reading carefully, weighing all the pros and cons of this habit, I made a clear decision for myself to abandon this drink forever.

While taking caffeine-containing products (coffee, teas: green, black, Chinese), the skin definitely dries out, the face becomes covered with a tea-caffeine crust, a rash on the forehead, acne on the chin (to put it mildly), constantly craving for nicotine, from green tea - the complexion acquires a greenish-unhealthy shade, from black - correspondingly black. All this obscurantism irritates the stomach and intestines, after which there is still a taste in the mouth, which cannot be compared with fresh breath even for an insane oligophrenic. The promoted metabolism from caffeine-containing stimulants provokes a feeling of constant hunger, nutrients absorbed in the worst volume, in the presence of caffeine / tannin, etc. in blood. At the end of caffeine intoxication (a direct analogue of a narcotic one), apathy sets in, people also say "waste", demanding the next dose of a stimulant.
Having refused once from all this "healing" drug (the purpose of which is to make a profit by all means), at least the fairer sex will save time, nerves and money on visits to the masters of peeling, cleansing, buying toners, etc., masking the symptom xD
    Good health to everyone!

Good day. I've been addicted to caffeine my entire life and didn't realize it until recently. All those who write here that a couple of cups of tea / coffee a day does not harm, simply do not realize their dependence on caffeine. Whoever says what, and caffeine is the strongest stimulant of the central nervous system, and with constant use causes mental and physical dependence with all the ensuing consequences for the body.
Thanks to the caffeine in coffee, I developed chronic pancreatitis, palpitations, irritability, insomnia, psychosis and neuroses, while I considered these symptoms and diseases to be strange or natural coincidences. With a sharp refusal, all the symptoms of withdrawal, namely, weakness, drowsiness, tearfulness, severe headaches, apathy, loss of motivation. Now it's only been a week of complete withdrawal from caffeine, I drink fruit teas, sometimes they allow themselves packaged cocoa [there is no caffeine in it], the state of health has become much better, the sleep is deep and of high quality, I fall asleep quickly and get enough sleep, my mood returns to normal, my appetite in general, even as before pancreatitis, the only thing lacking is that sharp rise in mood and motivation, but I hope over time, I will become stronger and more confident in myself. I would advise you to drink tea or coffee as little as possible, once a week / month, on holidays, not more often. Avoid drug traps and public opinion, as most are usually wrong. Peace for everyone!

    • All my life I drank a lot of coffee and tea. Now I am 62 years old, I suffer from back and knee problems. I noticed that my legs and knees hurt from black tea. I’m a fashionista, my feet deteriorated from heels, but tea started to hurt. Today I decided not to drink tea, I took vitamins. And the leg stopped hurting 50 percent. I have bone problems. I love strong. I think I should stop drinking my joints hurt

I agree that coffee is a drug. I drank a lot, often at work for the company. Now I quit abruptly. It's been a week of withdrawal. I can hardly drag my legs, sweat hail, headaches are terrible. Hope I can handle it.

I, too, decided to give up tea and coffee, I have been holding on for the second day, the first day was very difficult, my head was only thinking about tea)), and by the evening my teeth were bent ((but I’m holding on!

I will add my own review about my experience of drinking coffee.
Always believed that natural coffe this is a healthy drink (
I am 30 years old, height 180 cm, weight 62-65 kg (this is not heavy weight this has always been the norm for me).
I train in the gym for 2-3 hours with jumping pull-ups, etc. a full set of cardio and physical activity.
I specifically describe my characteristics so that if something is not written off side effects caffeine for exercise or your body.
About 4 years ago I started drinking natural coffee, 3-4 cups a day as some write)) before that I drank instant + tea.
For the first two years I did not notice anything bad at all, my mood was normal, a feeling of euphoria, physics, etc. were at the level, but as I remember now, there were still symptoms, namely, I often wanted to sleep,
attributed this to a rather difficult emotional work.
The first serious signs began to appear after I added football to my training, if figuratively, before coffee, I could play football all day and everything was fine)
Signs of slight dizziness and shortness of breath when bending over, such as tying your shoelaces.
Then the dizziness became stronger, especially during physical exertion (it feels like I’ll fall, but miraculously, I didn’t lose consciousness))
Gradually added signs, frequent tingling in the heart area, tachycardia - this is after checking with a doctor.
    Diarrhea, belching, etc.
Severe shortness of breath, because I began to breathe frequently through my mouth, my nose was stuffed up, as I understand it, the vessels dilated and breathing through the nose was blocked.
Visually noticed that it decreased bone overall weight loss on the arms (wrists) and legs in the lower leg area.
The complexion has become dark and unnatural.
    The teeth are darker.
Dry mouth began to appear, lips became dry, as did the skin on the face.
During the day, I often felt sleepy.
The stomach seemed to be constantly empty, but at the same time I was not hungry.
The feeling of constant anxiety became irritable.
I list the visible signs, perhaps I did not pay attention to something, all the signs of deterioration did not appear immediately, during the last 2 years of exhaustion of the body.
After visiting the doctors, he was sent for an MRI of the vessels of the brain, etc., not cheap by the way) the MRI showed everything is normal.
Also, blood tests and other tests were normal.
The doctors prescribed a rest / work regimen)
At that time, the trek stopped almost completely to give the body a rest, the symptoms persisted.
A month ago, I miraculously began to read forums about negative influence caffeine on the body because my head did not understand at all)
I tried to stop drinking coffee, gradually reducing the dose, 2 kr per day, after a week 1 cup a day, then stopped drinking it altogether.
Waste and withdrawal were strong enough in the form of headaches, oh tin)
On the third day after I stopped drinking coffee altogether, my nose began to breathe, I began to distinguish smells and breathe deeply, it was cool)
A week later, I began to notice that the general physical condition improved.
The dizziness began to disappear, but not immediately, other symptoms did not immediately disappear, a dark complexion, weight gain, etc.
I don't drink coffee for a month, my condition is excellent!
My personal opinion from the experience of drinking coffee, in order to feel good and energetic in this world, no invigorating products in the form of caffeine, nicotine, etc., are not needed at all.
I apologize for the fact that the review is so voluminous, everyone wellness!

I didn’t come to give up tea and coffee. health condition, and so just in case. I drank a lot of tea with 2 tablespoons of sugar, rarely coffee. In January I turned 40, so I thought at least to change something for the better in nutrition after such a milestone. Weighed 110 kg at 177cm. The refusal passed easily and imperceptibly, everyone who asked me why exactly tea and coffee said to eat less sugar. For seven months, the results are as follows: I began to endure any heat very easily, I do not feel dizzy, my mouth does not dry out, my heart does not pound in my throat at night, weight 98. And I can feel the dumb stench from the mouth of smokers and coffee lovers. Tea lovers relax, you don't smell anything)))

    Hey!
Thanks everyone for the feedback. I read it with great interest, tk. for 20 years I dream of quitting drinking ... coffee)))) in fact, the desire was purely intuitive. And why deprive yourself of pleasure - there was no understanding, especially, being a severe hypotonic person, she always found an excuse: why.
I used to smoke. Many and with great pleasure... True, then there were a lot of real and tasty cigarettes))) I smoked for about 7 years. I liked it passionately and no statements about harm to health worked. Well ... sometimes))) cut, switched to "fat-free", tried to fool myself. Then she gave up completely. I spat for a long time (my lungs were cleared) - such a nauseating and long process that I have no desire to repeat it. Then she got pregnant, gave birth to a child. During this period, there was no thought !!! A couple of years later, the company offered a cigarette. It was curious to test myself, and I agreed. No way. No attraction, no disgust, no interest.
I hope it will be the same with coffee.
Thanks again! I do not like to give empty promises, I will say that I will try from tomorrow))
    Good luck!

I also want to say about the dangers of the tea that ordinary people drink, although you have already said everything about this. It is harmful because it's a waste of tea. But in Russia it is, that is, it grows and is produced real tea which is assimilated by the body without harm. It grows in the mountains of Sochi and I am its producer and I also use it, but wisely. Green, yellow, red, black all from one bush, but different technologies collect only tea flashes, i.e. two leaves and a bud. I brew it many times, with water which I do not bring to a boil. I drink all types of tea without sugar and without sweet, except for black. With black tea, I can allow a slice of bread with honey. Bread is usually, but not always, wheat and rye seedlings. I orthodox christian so half a year fast days and thus sweet, which I rarely eat fast. I go to the gym and I don't feel the harm of the tea I drink. I also drink water infused with silicon stones, and practically do not drink coffee. I wish you strength in spirit and body.

The already passed stage. In the end, most likely you will all come to the same thing as me. First you will drink boiling water. Then you start reading and stumble upon Ivan Chai. Which grows everywhere and is completely free. Collect it and drink it. All the sensations of Ivan tea are exactly the opposite of Chinese / Hindu. Ivan treats tea \u003d Chinese flutters! Collecting and fermenting it is very easy!

good evening I read all the comments to everyone and understood one thing, apparently in the nerves and characteristics of each person, I spent my whole life on the road fishing hunting for colds cold I never raised the issue of drinking tea or not drinking coffee always in the morning I drank this or that, especially after overwork, it helps well and so almost half a century sleep, God forbid, everyone fell and fell asleep joint pain from improper equipment, especially in youth, when I just got up to sneeze last year in the spring and don't want coffee, and for a month it was as if he hadn't had a talk with the doctor, he says that coffee sometimes it is necessary to drink suppresses the formation of tea I didn’t stop drinking then as usual in the morning I began to drink coffee any year has passed and again at one moment I forgot that there is coffee and now I also didn’t drink tea for three weeks I don’t see how I slept and I always sleep there was a sweetheart true one feature for thirty years I do not eat sugar in pure form I don’t like the taste, I drank everything without it, or I didn’t like candy marmalade, I don’t like chocolate, only bitter once or twice a year. green tea as a name I do not recognize and do not drink herbal collection and infusion is another matter, everything that is not black is different in the classical sense as well as not white chocolate this is an illusion of self-deception, and in our time in many areas, even from pure water bad if you do not know the measures.

Coffee is a drink adored by many people in the world and drunk almost every day. The first thing that attracts is, of course, its delicious aroma. The second is wonderful taste. For example, you can drink coffee with cream, cinnamon, vary the amount of sugar to taste, or drink regular black coffee without additives. Everything is at your discretion. Whenever we feel lazy or a little tired, we reach for this drink to get a boost of vivacity and energy. But is this drink so good for the body?

Whether we like it or not, we have to acknowledge the fact that caffeine is addictive. And the side effects really make a person feel out of shape. Research shows that a cup of coffee in the afternoon affects sleep quality at night. Caffeine consumption is thinning tooth enameland also colors it. Many people simply cannot reduce their caffeine intake, let alone stop drinking coffee altogether. Do you want to know what to expect if you stop drinking coffee for a week?

    1. Caffeine activates the brain by blocking the inhibitory neurotransmitter adenosine, thereby causing an influx of energy and wakefulness

So if you stop drinking coffee, you will feel insanely tired, sleepy and worn out.

    2. You will feel nervous

The fact is that caffeine stimulates the action of the adrenal glands. And they are responsible for the production of hormones that regulate important processes in the body.

    3. You will have a mild headache.

The reason is that when you drastically limit your caffeine intake, your body feels a lack of adrenaline, to which it is already accustomed. Now, adenosine, which used to block caffeine, starts to slow down, causing headaches.

    4. You will develop sugar cravings.

The habit of drinking coffee temporarily suppresses appetite. Therefore, when you abstain from it, the body begins to demand fast carbohydrates and sugar. And also on the fourth day, it will become easier to fall asleep and wake up. You will feel a surge of strength and energy.

    5. Surprisingly, you will feel better than before.

You will lose irritability and craving for junk food... In addition, thoughts will become clear, and you yourself will be in a great mood.

Despite all of the above, it is worth noting that coffee has both advantages and disadvantages for human health. According to research by scientists, drinking more than three cups of coffee a day can reduce the risk of several diseases. For example, Parkinson's disease and breast cancer. Plain without additives promotes weight loss. It activates metabolism and processes that break down fat in skin tissues. Drinking coffee or not is up to you, but always remember about moderation and the golden mean.

Those people who do not start their morning with coffee are not familiar with many of the problems that avid lovers of this have aromatic drink... Coffee itself is very healthy drink, but his daily use can lead to a number of negative consequences in the long term. Let's take a look at 10 reasons why you shouldn't start your day with a cup of coffee.

    1. Failure of biorhythms.

Did you know that our body has its own order. In the morning, when we wake up, it is the turn of a sharp rush of cortisol and adrenaline. These substances stimulate the brain, increase blood circulation and help us wake up, but gradually their concentration decreases. But, if you regularly pour into yourself immediately after waking up invigorating drink, the body will stop releasing these substances into the bloodstream, and the natural mechanism of awakening will be disrupted. Because of this, even after giving up coffee, people for a long time have trouble waking up without "dope". Due to artificial stimulation, we lose what is inherent in our body by nature and is natural.

    2. Problems with concentration.

About 15 minutes after drinking coffee, caffeine and other compounds start working in our body. Our nervous system receives a powerful boost and works to the limit of its capabilities. Thoughts become clearer, ideas are born in our head, we are as concentrated and efficient as possible. It would seem, what's wrong with that? But, problems with concentration appear after a while, when the brain resource is depleted and it needs rest. This is where the most unpleasant thing begins - the reaction weakens, it is difficult to concentrate on something important, the thoughts are no longer so clear, and simple tasks require more effort. There is one way out of the situation - not to drink coffee in the early morning, but to use the natural resource of the brain and the energy that is produced in the body rested after the night is quite active. Try saving the coffee for later - when you feel tired, it will help you return to a cheerful state.

    3. Loss of minerals.

Due to the daily use of coffee in the morning, our body quickly removes fluid, and with it a number of minerals necessary for health. Because of this, "chronic" coffee lovers almost always have a problem of fatigue, brittle hair, nails. Due to the lack of potassium and sodium, appetite increases, the water-salt balance is disturbed, general well-being worsens, and hematopoiesis processes are destabilized. In the long term, this leads to cardiovascular disease and other health problems.

    4. A loading dose of female hormones.

The coffee contains great amount phytoestrogen, which is considered a herbal analogue of "female" hormones. Of course, estrogen is also produced by the male body, but in a very low concentration and it is necessary for the implementation of vital processes. But, an increase in the concentration of this hormone negatively affects both the female and man's health... These hormones especially adversely affect male body... First of all, because of this, testosterone levels decrease, deteriorate metabolic processes... Another negative consequence - from the regular use of phytoestrogen, the hips and abdomen grow, visceral fat accumulates, and this is not only an aesthetic problem, but also a deterioration in health. This is why morning coffee lovers find it difficult to lose weight in the abdomen and thighs.

    5. Addiction.

Due to the fact that the human body is flexible enough and knows how to adapt to everything, over time, subject to regular consumption of coffee, people develop a strong addiction, which is as difficult to get out of as quitting smoking or quitting alcohol. Coffee addiction is even worse than drug or alcohol addiction, because in these cases, degradation occurs quickly enough, and a person can timely understand what problem he is in. Coffee "addicts" have reduced sensitivity and addiction seems to be something harmless, and many also reassure themselves that coffee contains a lot useful substancesand antioxidants prevent cancer and premature aging.

    6. Problems with teeth.

Even those people with naturally strong and snow-white teeth, over time, face dental problems from regular coffee consumption in the morning. The first problem is the yellowing of the teeth due to the accumulation of coffee pigment in the surface layers of the tooth enamel. The second problem is tooth decay due to the leaching of calcium, fluoride and other minerals from the body. Therefore, if you want to maintain healthy teeth and a beautiful smile, stop drinking coffee every morning.

    7. Excessive irritability.

Feelings of irritation are, of course, independent of the level of caffeine in the blood.
