Hello everyone! My name is Vika Leping, and today I will show you very cool low calorie dessert- dietary cottage cheese casserole with a banana or cottage cheese granny. In general, I am now studying, inventing, cooking many low calorie recipes, since I am putting my body in order, because summer is coming soon! And I am especially attracted to diet desserts, because you really want something sweet, you know. Today's recipe is no exception.

Recently, I have been studying more and more on my own dietology, trying to understand how food products affect the formation of our body, I even think to complete dietology courses, all these processes are so fascinating for me. I love to paint my diet, come up with new dishes, calculate calorie content and BJU. Here is my delicious cottage cheese casserole - dietary and low-calorie, prepared without semolina and without flour. Consists of only 4 ingredients.

But back to the topic. Banana-curd casserole, the calorie content of which is only 110 kcal per 100 grams, has the following BJU (proteins, fats, carbohydrates): 11, 3.9, 8.6. Yes, I calculated everything to a gram 🙂 You don't have to worry and eat it at least every day. The main thing is not to eat all of it at one meal 😀 Today I had breakfast and lunch without harming my figure. The low-calorie cottage cheese casserole with bananas does not contain sugar; instead, I put stevia, a natural sweetener.

There are many legends about stevia, like all other food additives, but its harm has long been refuted, especially in such quantities as we use it in the kitchen. Much more harm done by a million food additives from purchased mayonnaise and sauces, baked goods long storage and canned food. The plus of stevia is its natural origin, zero calories, economy of use, no destruction of brain cells and, a very important plus, it does not increase blood sugar, unlike other sweeteners. Minus - it is expensive, but I don't really consider this a minus for its incredible economy. One cottage cheese and banana casserole contains less than a teaspoon.

By the way, diet casseroles can be prepared not only with banana. It can be a cottage cheese casserole with apples, raisins or pears - with any fruit you like. Take the curd mass as a basis, and change the fruits or berries. The calorie content of cottage cheese casserole with apples, pears or berries will be even lower. But I just adore bananas, and especially their combination with cottage cheese, so for me a cottage cheese casserole with a banana is an ideal.

So, a dietary banana-cottage cheese casserole, a step-by-step recipe with a photo, or how to cook a cottage cheese casserole with banana or other fruits.

The main thing is not to overdo it with stevia, otherwise it will taste very bitter. Add 1/4 teaspoon each, stir and taste until you taste. Because of the stevia, the banana-curd casserole is low in calories and sweet at the same time.

Since I am my banana curd casserole, I peel the banana and cut it into circles. You can also cut apples and pears into slices. Curd casserole with raisins will also be very tasty. We spread a layer of fruit on the bottom, lightly sprinkle with lemon juice, then fill it with half of the curd mass and level it. Lay out a layer of fruits or berries again, sprinkle with lemon again and fill with the rest of the curd-egg mixture and level again. Now you know how to make a curd casserole, all that remains is to bake it.

The low-calorie cottage cheese and banana casserole will stand in the oven for about 45 minutes. We send it there, set a timer and go back to check. She will be ready when it is browned. Everyone has a different oven, so it can take an hour. By the way, cottage cheese casserole without semolina and without flour will still keep its shape perfectly.

That's it, the banana cottage cheese casserole recipe is complete. Stories from our readers

I suggest making a cottage cheese casserole with the addition a large number mature and fragrant bananas... Moreover, these fruits will be present in the dish in two versions: in the form of mashed potatoes and in pieces. Due to the acid content in the curd, the banana slices will not darken, and the casserole itself will also turn out to be light, of the accepted cream shade. Well, how fragrant ready-made baked goods I think it's not even worth talking about ...

Ingredients:

Cooking a dish step by step with a photo:

The recipe for this delicious curd casserole includes following ingredients: cottage cheese, sour cream, bananas, chicken eggs, granulated sugar, corn starch, vanillin and salt. Take cottage cheese and sour cream of any fat content that you like best. Chicken eggs we use medium size. Bananas (also medium in size) should certainly be ripe, but not wrinkled, without dark spots on the flesh. Whether or not to add flavoring (I'm talking about vanillin) is up to you. Well, a pinch of salt is needed in order to balance the taste. cooked casserole from cottage cheese and bananas. All foods should be at room temperature.

We immediately turn on the oven at 160 degrees - let it heat up. Meanwhile, in a suitable bowl, put 600 grams of cottage cheese (I have 5% fat), add 170 grams of sugar and a pinch of salt and vanillin (you can replace it with a teaspoon of vanilla sugar).

If you want the finished cottage cheese casserole to turn out perfectly smooth and very tender, without a single grain of cottage cheese, I advise you to use a submersible blender. This assistant grinds all products into a smooth puree. If you do not have such a device, then you will have to rub the cottage cheese through a sieve (preferably twice), and chop some of the bananas on a grater or fork. Using an immersion blender, punch cottage cheese, sour cream, sugar, vanillin and salt until a pasty mass is obtained. Then add one egg at a time and punch everything out again.

The result is a fairly thin dough (slightly thinner than pancakes). Peel 2 bananas and break the pulp directly into the dough, then punch everything again with a blender.

It's time to add a thickener to our curd casserole - this will be cornstarch, which will need 5 level tablespoons. If you do not have corn (it is softer), use potato, but you need less of it - 3-3.5 tablespoons will be enough.

We combine the dough and starch using the same blender to get such a batter. In consistency, it turns out like kefir.

It remains to add two more bananas to the future cottage cheese casserole, which must first be peeled and cut arbitrarily not large, but not small pieces... Simply stir in the fruit slices with a spoon.

Pour all the dough into a suitable baking dish. I have a silicone square, measuring 18x18 cm at the bottom, 20x20 cm at the top and 6 cm high. I did not lubricate the form with anything. We bake the curd casserole in a preheated oven at 160 degrees for 1 hour. Cooking times may vary depending on the size and height of the dish and the characteristics of the oven.

Cottage cheese casserole in almost any interpretation can be called a sample of the simplest homemade baked goods... Often, all that is required from the chef is to mix all the ingredients of the casserole into a fluffy homogeneous mass and bake. This process takes a minimum of time and effort, and the result pleases not only with its appearance, but also with its taste. Today we propose to slightly diversify the usual baked goods and add the favorite fruit of the absolute majority - a banana - to the ingredients traditional for cottage cheese casserole. At the same time, the technology of the cooking process will practically not change. Baking banana cottage cheese casserole in the oven is also quick and easy. The dough is kneaded in just 10 minutes. The banana is not ground into a gruel, but is introduced into it in separate pieces as a filling. It turns out the most delicate and very fragrant curd casserole with slices of bananas tangible with each bite. Simple and delicious!

Ingredients

  • cottage cheese 5% - 500 g;
  • large banana - 2-2.5 pcs.;
  • eggs - 3 pcs.;
  • sour cream 10% - 5 tbsp. l .;
  • sugar - 0.5 tbsp.;

  • salt - a pinch;
  • vegetable oil (for the form) - 1 tbsp. l .;
  • 5 tbsp. l. + 1 tsp baking powder or 5 tbsp. l. semolina.

How to make banana cottage cheese casserole

The dough for the casserole is kneaded in literally 10 minutes, so it is better to turn the oven on 180 degrees right away so that it warms up. Next, we arm ourselves with a mixer or blender (a nozzle of your choice) and begin to knead the dough. Break eggs into a deep bowl, throw a pinch of salt and sugar to them.

Whisk the contents of the bowl until it appears. light foam, after which we introduce sour cream into the resulting mixture. The fat content of sour cream is not particularly important, the main thing is to correctly adjust the amount of flour (semolina) in the future: the fatter and thicker the sour cream, the less flour will be required.

Following the sour cream, put the cottage cheese into a bowl and grind the mixture thoroughly. If you want to get a casserole with curd grains, you can limit yourself to a mixer or blender with a whisk attachment. If at the end you need a casserole with the most uniform consistency - take the blender attachment for making puree.

As soon as the curd mass is brought to the desired consistency, introduce vanillin and flour with baking powder (or semolina) into it.

Once again, go through the mixer (blender) and the dough for the casserole is ready. In consistency, it comes out approximately like a dough for a jellied pie - it will drain from a spoon slowly and in one mass.

The dough is ready, it's time to start filling. Peel and cut bananas into slices desired shape and size: round, cubes, large blocks - the choice is yours.

We coat the form with butter or lay it out with baking paper, after which we form a casserole. This can be done in several ways. The simplest: put the bananas in the dough, mix and send the resulting mass for baking. The second option: put the bananas on the bottom of the mold and pour them all at once curd mass... And the third option (in the photo it is just him): alternate layers of banana and curd mass.

Shake the formed casserole in the form slightly so that it lies evenly, and you can load the form for baking. The baking time depends on the size of the mold and averages 25-40 minutes. Baking temperature: 180 degrees.

The banana-curd casserole turns out to be very tender, therefore it is advisable to cut it into pieces after it becomes warm or completely cool. You can serve it as a dessert with tea / coffee, and as a snack with any sweet sauce, sour cream or jam.
