Hello everyone! My name is Vika Leping, and today I will show you a very cool low-calorie dessert - a dietary cottage cheese casserole with a banana or cottage cheese granny. In general, I am now studying, inventing, preparing many low-calorie recipes, as I am putting my body in order, because summer is coming soon! And I am especially attracted to diet desserts, because I really want sweets, you know. Today's recipe is no exception.

Recently, I have been studying more and more on my own dietology, trying to understand how food products affect the formation of our body, I even think to complete dietology courses, all these processes are so fascinating for me. I love to paint my diet, come up with new dishes, calculate calorie content and BJU. Here is my delicious cottage cheese casserole - dietary and low-calorie, prepared without semolina and without flour. Consists of only 4 ingredients.

But back to the topic. Banana-curd casserole, the calorie content of which is only 110 kcal per 100 grams, has the following BJU (proteins, fats, carbohydrates): 11, 3.9, 8.6. Yes, I calculated everything to a gram 🙂 You don't have to worry and eat it at least every day. The main thing is not to eat all of it at one meal 😀 Today I had breakfast and lunch without harming my figure. The low-calorie cottage cheese casserole with bananas does not contain sugar; instead, I put stevia, a natural sweetener.

There are many legends about stevia, like all other food additives, but its harm has long been refuted, especially in such quantities as we use it in the kitchen. Much more harm is done by a million food additives from purchased mayonnaise and sauces, long-term baked goods and canned food. The plus of stevia is its natural origin, zero calories, economy of use, no destruction of brain cells and, a very important plus, it does not increase blood sugar, unlike other sweeteners. Minus - it is expensive, but I don't really consider this a minus for its incredible economy. One banana curd casserole contains less than a teaspoon.

By the way, diet casseroles can be prepared not only with banana. It can be a cottage cheese casserole with apples, raisins or pears - with any fruit you like. Take the curd mass as a basis, and change the fruits or berries. The calorie content of cottage cheese casserole with apples, pears or berries will be even lower. But I just adore bananas, and especially their combination with cottage cheese, so for me a cottage cheese casserole with a banana is an ideal.

So, a dietary banana-cottage cheese casserole, a step-by-step recipe with a photo, or how to cook a cottage cheese casserole with banana or other fruits.

Ingredients

  • - fat-free, preferably without grains - 450-500 gr
  • - 4 large
  • - 3-4 pcs
  • - some juice
  • - taste
  • - nuts, seeds - for decoration (optional)

Cooking method

Let's start the preparation of the curd casserole by turning on the oven. We set the temperature to 220 degrees and leave to warm up. Preparing a baking dish. I have 25 cm, metal, with removable high sides. The low-calorie cottage cheese casserole with bananas in it baked perfectly.

Now mix the cottage cheese, eggs and stevia in a bowl. You can use fructose, honey, or maple syrup to taste, just not sugar. The main thing is not to overdo it with stevia, otherwise it will taste very bitter. Add 1/4 teaspoon each, stir and taste until you taste. Because of the stevia, the banana-curd casserole is low in calories and sweet at the same time.

Since I am my banana curd casserole, I peel the banana and cut it into circles. You can also cut apples and pears into slices. Curd casserole with raisins will also be very tasty. We spread a layer of fruit on the bottom, lightly sprinkle with lemon juice, then fill it with half of the curd mass and level it. Lay out a layer of fruits or berries again, sprinkle with lemon again and fill with the rest of the curd-egg mixture and level again. Now you know how to make a curd casserole, all that remains is to bake it.

The low-calorie cottage cheese and banana casserole will stand in the oven for about 45 minutes. We send it there, set a timer and go back to check. She will be ready when it is browned. Everyone has a different oven, so it can take an hour. By the way, cottage cheese casserole without semolina and without flour will still keep its shape perfectly.

That's it, the banana cottage cheese casserole recipe is complete. We take it out of the oven, with a knife we pass between the side and the cheesecake, remove the side itself and put the curd pie on a plate. The cottage cheese casserole in the oven could stick a little to the edges, so this process is mandatory. Serve this way or ...

Or a diet casserole with cottage cheese and a banana will be cut into portions and garnished 😉 I use 5 grams of honey and 5 grams of walnuts for decoration. But I did not take them into account in calorie content, so see for yourself what suits you best!

Banana-curd zapikanka goes well with coffee or tea. I really love coffee, or rather its smell, so I drink from a huge cup, diluting only one incomplete teaspoon with boiling water 🙂

Let me summarize quickly!

For adherents of a healthy lifestyle and proper nutrition - a selection of healthy recipes for cottage cheese casserole: with apples, banana, cinnamon, berries!

Having made such a casserole, you will feel the pleasant sourness of lingonberry, shading the sweetness of the apple. The spice of cinnamon will tie this duo together, and the milky taste of the curd layer will add softness and completeness. For 100 gr. casseroles 81 kcal, proteins-8.29, fats-1.35, carbohydrates-9.01.

  • cottage cheese 0% - 250 gr;
  • homemade yogurt - 50 gr;
  • corn flour - 30 gr;
  • chicken eggs - 1 piece;
  • apples - 1 piece;
  • lingonberry - 60 gr;
  • ground cinnamon - 1 teaspoon;
  • sweetener - 0.5 teaspoon;
  • baking soda - 0.5 teaspoon

Break the egg into a bowl, add cottage cheese, flour, soda and sweetener to it (if not, then ordinary sugar to taste). We mix all the ingredients.

Add yogurt and mix everything again. The mass should turn out like thick sour cream.

Making the filling. Cut the apple into small cubes. I do it with the peel, it is not felt during the cooking process, but this is optional. If you cut the apple into thin slices, it will be softer. Add lingonberries, cinnamon and sweetener to the apples. We mix everything.

Put half of our dough in a baking dish.

Put the apple filling on the base.

Pour the remaining dough on top. The dough is thick, so we spread it carefully so as not to mix it with the filling.

We send our casserole to a preheated oven up to 180 gr. for 30 minutes.

We take out the finished apple cottage cheese casserole from the oven and cool. Sprinkle on top with cinnamon, powdered sugar and garnish with frozen lingonberries. Bon Appetit.

Recipe 2, step by step: PP curd casserole in the oven

If you are watching your figure, actively playing sports or carefully calculating the calories in each dish, then you should get acquainted with the recipe according to which you can cook an incredibly delicious PP curd casserole in the oven. Such a dish turns out to be breathtakingly aromatic and healthy. Its taste is balanced, delicate and pleasant. At the same time, the calorie content of finished baked goods is quite low. In 100 g of ready-made casserole, only 170 kcal.

To prepare a healthy and satisfying cottage cheese casserole PP, we do not need any special products that have a minimum calorie content and not quite a pleasant taste, like some "delicacies" for a diet.

apples - 3 pcs.;
cottage cheese with a minimum percentage of fat - 500 g;
oatmeal - 1 tbsp.;
low-fat milk - 70 ml;
egg - 2 pcs.;
raisins - ½ tbsp.;
butter - 20 g;
salt - 1 pinch;
granulated sugar - optional.

To get started, you should prepare all the necessary products. As you may have noticed, there is no sour cream, semolina or flour in the recipe. You should not use cottage cheese with a fat content of more than 5% for cooking casseroles. Sweet apples are suitable for the dish, but they will no less organically fit into the composition of fruits with a slight sourness. For oatmeal, go for the classic version over the instant one.

First you need to pour the oatmeal with fresh milk. Everything should be mixed and left to infuse well. Rinse the raisins thoroughly with hot water. Then it is worth pouring boiling water over it and leave for 20 minutes. In the meantime, you can do apples. The fruit will need to be thoroughly washed in running water and peeled. The fruit should be cut into 2 halves to remove the core. Prepared apples should be cut into small slices or cubes.

The next step in making the PP curd casserole in the oven is to prepare the eggs. They must be broken by separating the yolks from the whites. Sugar will need to be sent to cottage cheese. Yolks must also be poured there, after which the mass is thoroughly ground.

Sprinkle the proteins with a pinch of salt. Everything is beaten with a mixer so that the foam is dense and strong. Now you need to discard the raisins on a sieve. The berries are thoroughly dried with napkins and sent to the curd mass. There it is also necessary to transfer the workpiece based on oatmeal.

The blank for a healthy casserole will need to be mixed carefully. Apple cuts are also poured here. Beaten egg whites should be added to the "dough". Mix everything carefully.

Next, you need to turn on the oven and bring it to 180 degrees. The form in which you plan to bake this cake is oiled. It is loaded with our mixture based on cottage cheese, apples, oatmeal and other correct ingredients. It takes 45 minutes to bake the cake.

Then the curd PP casserole in the oven is left for another 20 minutes with the door ajar. This simple technique will make it soft, tender and very lush.

When the dish is completely ready, it will need to be cut into pieces and served along with natural yogurt, honey or low-fat kefir.

Recipe 3: dietary curd PP casserole in a slow cooker

Want to try a very dietary cottage cheese casserole? Someone counts calories, someone cannot be sweet and fatty ... Today I am preparing a classic dessert dish from low-fat 2% cottage cheese, with a minimum of sugar (raisins will give sweetness). The casserole will turn out to be very tasty, satisfying, but low in calories. I think that cottage cheese and pastries made from it are very tasty and healthy food! And everything is so simple: we reduce to a minimum the amount of semolina, sugar, choose low-fat cottage cheese. Instead of butter, we use vegetable oil to grease the multicooker bowl. I sometimes replace raisins with steamed dried fruits or peaches. The taste changes, but the dish remains dietary!

  • 500 g 2% cottage cheese
  • 3 eggs
  • 30 g semolina
  • 30 g sugar
  • 100 g raisins
  • salt on the tip of a knife
  • 1-2 tbsp. tablespoons of vegetable oil

I break the eggs gently.

Separate the whites from the yolks. I add a pinch of salt to the proteins, beat with a blender into a stable foam.

Thoroughly wash the raisins with cold and hot water.

I fill it with hot water for 5 minutes.

I add cottage cheese, semolina, sugar to the yolks.

With a blender, I mix all the products until smooth.

I add raisins, mix everything again. Gently spread the whipped egg whites onto the curd mass.

With a spoon, from top to bottom, stirring in one direction, add proteins to the mass.

I grease the multicooker bowl with vegetable oil and spread the curd mass.

I close the lid of the multicooker and set the Baking program for 45 minutes. I am waiting for the signal from the multicooker to end the mode and, putting a flat dish to the bowl, gently turn over our casserole.

Lukewarm and cold curd casserole is especially good with raspberry or strawberry jam, sour cream or delicate kefir curd cream.

Recipe 4: PP curd casserole with banana and quail eggs

Very tasty and quick casserole. An exceptionally dietary meal. If you are weight-conscious and don't like too sweet casseroles - cook this one! In addition, quail eggs are very useful. There is no sugar, butter, flour or semolina in this recipe. It can serve as a great dietary start and end to your day.

  • Cottage cheese 200 gr
  • Bananas 1 pc
  • Quail eggs 6 pcs
  • Vanilla to taste
  • Ground cinnamon to taste
  • Lemon juice 2 tsp
  • Salt to taste

Ideally, separate the whites and yolks, and beat the whites with lemon juice until firm peaks. (I didn’t, but I ate the casserole right away and it didn’t have time to fall off and become callous, so do it on your own).

Knead the yolks with cottage cheese and a pinch of salt. If your curd is harsh, add a little milk. But I didn't need it.

We mix both masses.

You can add cinnamon and vanilla to taste.

Cut the banana into thin slices. It took me only half a banana to make my tiny mold.

We spread the resulting products in a form in layers, starting and ending with a curd layer. It is best to use silicone molds, any baked goods come out of them easily and do not need to be oiled or sprinkled with semolina.

Bake at 180 * until brown edges appear. If you see that the top is still damp, turn on the convection mode on your stove.

This is how this treat looks like a cutaway. You can add any fruit and pour over the syrup, but for me the original tastes best.

Recipe 8: PP curd casserole with apples and cinnamon

Cottage cheese casserole with apples is an excellent delicacy, a delicious and aromatic dessert for the whole family. And if you cook it without sugar, then you get a completely dietary dish that is suitable for people who count calories in food. The recipe for the cottage cheese casserole itself, I would call "couldn't be easier."

You can take cottage cheese for a casserole with absolutely any fat content - I use 5% (this is an average). Take apples of juicy, sweet and sour or sweet varieties. Irishka, who shared this recipe with me, recommends choosing Antonovka. Chicken eggs are medium in size, and adjust the amount of cinnamon to your liking.

  • cottage cheese - 500 gr
  • chicken eggs - 3 pcs.
  • apple - 3 pcs
  • ground cinnamon - 3 pieces

Immediately turn on the oven to warm up to 160 degrees, after which we proceed to preparing the base for the curd casserole. In this recipe, it is very important to achieve complete homogeneity and smoothness of the mass, so I advise you to use a hand blender. Of course, you can punch the mass in a food processor (a metal knife attachment), but you must first wipe the curd through a sieve. Thanks to the friend's blender, this step is skipped. Put 500 grams of cottage cheese and 3 chicken eggs in a bowl.

We punch everything with a blender - literally in half a minute you will get a smooth curd mass without a single grain. In consistency, it resembles very soft butter.

Now let's get down to apples - we have three of them in total. We wash the fruit, dry it, remove the skin and remove the seed pods. Grind one apple on a coarse grater, and cut the second into small cubes. The third let him wait a little.

Mix everything carefully, but thoroughly - the mass for the casserole is ready.

We take a silicone mold of a suitable size and put the curd mass with apples into it - you do not need to grease the mold. We level with a spoon or spatula.

We clean the third apple, cut out the seed box, and cut the pulp into beautiful thin slices. We put them on top of the curd mass in any order.

We will cook a diet curd casserole in a water bath. To do this, place the form with the future dessert in a deep dish (form or baking sheet) of a larger size. Pour boiling water into a large dish so that the water level reaches the middle of the height of the dish with the dessert. Cook the casserole in a preheated oven for about 40-45 minutes on a medium level at 160 degrees.

We take out the finished cottage cheese casserole with apples from the water bath and let it cool completely. In fact, it can be eaten warm, but then it will not keep its shape well and it will not work to cut the dessert into portions.

Remember that this is a dietary cottage cheese casserole with apples - there is no sugar in it. That is why such a dessert can be safely eaten by ladies even at night. For the rest of the sweet tooth, I recommend serving this delicate curd casserole with natural honey, condensed milk, jam, jam or custard.

Recipe 9: PP cottage cheese casserole for children (with photo)

  • pasty cottage cheese 18% fat - 250 gr.;
  • egg - 1 pc.;
  • semolina - 50 gr.;
  • milk - a third of a glass;
  • sugar - 3-4 tablespoons (taste);
  • salt - a pinch;
  • vanilla sugar - 0.5 tsp;
  • butter - for greasing the mold.

You do not need to knead soft, homogeneous cottage cheese without lumps. We immediately put it in a bowl and combine with an egg. If the cottage cheese is of a different consistency, rub through a sieve or chop with an immersion blender. Add a spoonful of sour cream to dense or grainy ones to get a smoother curd mass.

After stirring or whipping, you should get a homogeneous thick mass without lumps, resembling a cream.

Pour in warm or cold milk, but not boiling so as not to brew cottage cheese and an egg.

Stir, combining all the components of the casserole. Add salt and sugar to taste. You should not make a very sweet casserole; it is better to serve it with sweet sour cream sauce or condensed milk. Add vanilla sugar along with regular sugar for flavor.

Pour in a little semolina, stirring after each portion. We make sure that the semolina does not collect in lumps, grind the curd mass with a spoon or beat it again with a blender.

Preheat the oven in advance, before we start preparing the curd mass for the casserole. We bring it to a temperature of 180 degrees, no more. We take the form not very deep, grease the bottom and walls with a piece of butter. Pour out the curd mass, evenly distribute and level the top. We put in the oven on the middle tier.

If the casserole is cooked in a microwave oven, then the dish should be covered with a lid. Baking time is five minutes, power is maximum. At the end of cooking, the dessert is left in the oven for another eight to ten minutes.
