2. Mix dry ingredients well. They should become a homogeneous crumbly mass.

3. Beat the softened butter until white with powdered sugar.

4. Add the egg and beat again.

5. The mass should be glossy, without oil lumps.

6. Pour the cocoa-flour mixture into the egg-creamy mass.

7. Knead soft chocolate dough(if necessary, you can add a little flour). We wrap it in foil and put it in the refrigerator for 2 hours.

8. After two hours we take out the dough, open it and leave it on the board for 5 minutes. Then roll it out into a layer 5 mm thick and cut out the cookies with a mold. Preheat the oven to 200 degrees.

9. We spread the blanks on a baking sheet covered with baking paper... We put in the oven and bake for no more than 10 minutes.

Don't overdry the cookies. There is enough time for it to be completely baked, but at the same time it does not become hard.

10. Remove the finished chocolate chip cookies from the baking sheet and leave to cool slightly.
