Reasons why the head of the camp has the right to expel a child from the camp :

Use of alcohol and drugs;

Detection in a child of medical contraindications to stay in the south or in a children's team.

Expulsion from the camp is made on the basis of the Order of the head of the camp and in the presence of Acts, certificates, medical certificates and other documents confirming the existence of the above reasons.

Compensation for lost service, including rail travel not produced.

The person responsible for the child is obliged to pick him up from the camp within 48 hours or entrust it to a trusted person, paying for this service and providing round-trip tickets.

The head of the group, accompanying people and the administration of the holiday camp are not responsible for the loss of things and luggage of the child (except pocket money, entrusted to the head or accompanying and valuable things deposited with the head of the camp).

In the event that a child has caused damage to the property of the camp, an ACT is drawn up according to the price list, signed by the head of the camp and the leader. In accordance with this act, payment must be made within 2 days.

Heads of travel companies, children's health institutions, organizers of tourist trips for organized groups of children to ensure:

Carrying out activities within the framework of safety during the transportation of children and adolescents to places of rest and back;

Safety during the period of stay in recreation and recreation facilities for children and adolescents, including while swimming in open water bodies and pools, protection of public order and safety of groups of children during mass events.

When transporting organized groups of children and adolescents to the location of the recreation and rehabilitation facility and back by rail, road, air transport There must be a health worker among the accompanying persons.

Transportation of children by road to places of rest and back is carried out when on the road lasting no more than 4 hours (except for excursions and tourists) and in cases where it is impossible to organize the delivery of children by other means of transport.

The staff of a non-mobile tourist camp should include medical workers. During the movement of groups of a mobile tourist camp and hikes of a non-mobile tourist camp, medical care for children can be provided by a responsible person who has received special training in first aid.

When transporting children by various modes of transport, a drinking regime must be organized (bottled non-carbonated water without dyes is allowed (if there is information about its quality and safety), packaged in containers up to 0.5 l (for individual use) or in containers of a larger volume (for collective use, provided that disposable glasses are provided).

When transporting organized groups of children by road for no more than 4 hours and in cases where it is impossible to organize the delivery of children by other means of transport; when transported by rail, when traveling for more than 3 hours, but less than 1 day (except for excursions and tourists), catering is allowed with a set of “dry rations” food products, the assortment of which must be agreed with the Office of Rospotrebnadzor or its territorial departments.

When transporting organized groups of children and adolescents by rail to the location of the health facility and back sanitary rules must be observed SP 2.5.1277-03 "Sanitary and epidemiological requirements for the transportation of organized children's groups by rail"(extract):

Sick children are not allowed to board the passenger train. If a child with signs of an acute illness is detected before departure, during boarding a train or on the way, this child must be hospitalized. The fact of recovery is confirmed by a certificate issued by medical workers of the medical institution.

For organized children's contingents, regardless of the number of groups, the sale of railway tickets is carried out only if there is an official confirmation by the organizers of the collective rest of children of the provision of appropriate medical support.

In the conditions of large, medium and largest railway stations, medical centers located in them must provide emergency medical assistance to passengers (children and adults accompanying them) who fall ill on the way, at railway stations or suffer from an accident. In the first-aid posts, round-the-clock duty of medical personnel is established. First aid kits must be fully stocked with medical supplies and medicines.

Conductors together with adults accompanying children:

    provide assistance in placing children at the places of travel;

Control over the observance of cleanliness by children in passenger cars and dining cars is carried out by adults accompanying the children's group.
