4 Gradually pour in the milk. Why gradually? While pouring milk, carefully mix the ingredients and look at the consistency of the dough. It should turn out like traditional pancakes. Different types of flour take different amounts of milk. Some flours require more milk, some flours require less.

Also, the amount of milk affects the thickness of the pancakes. You can add 200 ml then the dough will be thick and the pancakes will be thick. If you add more milk, the pancakes will be thinner. I add 300 ml of coconut milk.

5 Now let's start frying zucchini pancakes. There are also a few nuances here, because they are fried longer than ordinary pancakes.

I fry in a ceramic coated pan and grease the pan for the first time with coconut or, then I don’t do it anymore.
In order for the pancake to flip easily, it must be very well cooked on the first side, otherwise it will tear when flipping, especially if you are making thin pancakes and on gluten-free flour, like mine.

Pancakes are fried over medium heat.

How to cook.

Prepare solid ingredients. Chop the dill and onion with a knife. Smaller ones are better here, especially onions. The more greens you take, the thinner the cut.
