Required products:

  • Condensed milk - 1 can,
  • Chicken eggs - 3 pcs;
  • Soda slaked with vinegar - 1 teaspoon;
  • Flour - 450 grams;
  • Milk - 0.5 liters;
  • Sugar - 1 cup;
  • Butter - 200 grams;
  • Vanilla sugar - 1 sachet (10 grams);
  • Kiwi - 6-8 pcs.

Cream preparation

Mix 0.5 liters of milk, 2 eggs, 2 tbsp. tablespoons flour, 1 cup sugar and vanilla sugar. Lightly boil the cream until thickened, add 200 grams of butter, stir and cover. Remove from fire.

Dough preparation

Pour a jar of condensed milk into a bowl, add 1 egg and mix. Add soda slaked with vinegar and gradually add flour, stirring constantly. The dough should be soft and elastic, so the amount of flour is approximate. AT the maximum number you may need 450 grams.

Cooking cakes

Divide the dough into 8 approximately equal parts. Roll out each cake and prick with a fork in several places. The bottom 4 cakes should be the same size, the top 4 should be reduced in order to get the correct shape of the turtle. Heat the pan over medium heat and start baking the cakes. Each cake takes an average of 1 minute to bake.

Grease a baking sheet with oil. With a teaspoon, spread the dough on it in small cakes, at some distance from each other. Bake the tortillas at 150°C for 5 minutes. Before each new layer of cakes, grease the baking sheet with oil.

My son loves turtles so of course I made this cake for him. But I myself was surprised how tender and soaked it turns out.

The internet is full different recipes this cake and with cocoa and others, but this classic is just sour cream biscuit dough and sour cream.

Turtle cake - classic recipe

Products:

1.5 st. Sahara

1 incomplete tsp soda

2 tbsp. flour

For cream:

700 gr. sour cream

  1. Mix eggs with sugar and beat lightly. I use a mixer, but you can also use a whisk.

2. Add one incomplete teaspoon of soda to the flour, mix. Add to eggs. Knead the creamy dough.

3. The basis of the cake is small biscuit cakes, which we will bake on a baking sheet greased with vegetable oil. For each cake, you need literally half a spoonful of dough. Leave a distance between them, as the dough increases.

4. They bake very quickly, literally 5 minutes. Bake in the oven until golden brown at 180 degrees, or whatever you normally bake. It is not necessary to wash a baking sheet for a new batch, just grease it with oil.

6. Cakes are ready, the cream is ready. We take a large dish on which we will mold the cake. Dip the cake in cream and put on a dish. We form the body of the turtle. And also make paws, a head and cut a tail out of the cakes.
