To do this, we clean a piece of pork from films, veins and excess fat. Thoroughly rinse the meat under running water and dry it well, otherwise all the spices will drain along with the rest of the water.
To make the pork in a slow cooker juicy and fragrant inside (while the meat dries up), quickly peel the garlic and carrots and cut them into small cubes for stuffing.

We take the meat and make shallow cuts in it, placing there, one by one, then a piece of garlic, then a carrot. The cuts from the inside can also be lubricated with marinade, but I did not do that.

So that the boiled pork in the multicooker does not fall apart and retains a convenient form for serving, you need to tie it tightly with a string, which is what we do.
Then we wrap all this beauty in foil and send it to the refrigerator for pickling. It is better to marinate the meat in the evening and cook it in the morning, but I did not have that much time, and my boiled pork was marinated for only 2.5-3 hours, but the result did not get any worse. This completes the most troublesome part of the preparation.
When the time comes to cook, we take out the pork from the refrigerator, remove the film (at this moment the aroma is simply divine), turn on our multicooker in the "Baking" mode for 40 minutes, heat up for 5 minutes and send the meat there (we do not grease the container and do not pour water) ...
We close the lid and wait 10-15 minutes, then open it and turn it over to the other side, fry until the crust forms blush. The crust will give the dish a pleasant brown tint and will make the boiled pork juicier and softer inside. My piece of boiled pork turned out to be round, and so I turned it several more times, frying on all sides under a closed lid.
When the "Baking" mode is over, start the "stew / stew" mode for 1 hour, close the lid and wait 30 minutes. Then we open the multicooker and turn the boiled pork to the other side.
