In my opinion, strawberry or cherry sauce is perfect for this incredible dessert. I don't have cherries, so we will cook from strawberries.

Our strawberries are sold in packages of 1 kg. I defrost it all at once. For 1 kg of strawberries I put 3-4 tablespoons. Sahara. If anything remains, eat it just like that: it's delicious !!!

We love that this recipe has a lot of strawberry sauce, so 500 g of strawberries goes away for sure. In the list of ingredients I will indicate 1 kg, and then you decide how much strawberries you personally need.

To prepare panna cotta with strawberry sauce, we will prepare the products according to the list.

Pour gelatin with water, stir and leave for the time indicated on the package.

Pour cream and milk into a ladle, heat, but do not boil.

Turn off the gas and immediately add sugar and vanillin.

Mix well so that the sugar dissolves completely.

Let's add the gelatin.

Because the cream is still hot enough, it is not necessary to dissolve the gelatin at all, it will easily disperse in the creamy mass.

Mix well.

Pour the mixture into glasses or bowls. We send it to the refrigerator for a couple of hours.

As you can see, the mixture froze perfectly after the allotted time.

Cooking the sauce. Defrost the frozen strawberries, add sugar and puree with the resulting juice with an immersion blender.

The result is a very lush and airy mass.

Put the strawberry sauce on top of the creamy dessert. Panna cotta with strawberry sauce is ready.

How to make a dressing for panna cotta?

Dressing (sauce) ingredients

  • Fresh or frozen strawberries - 300 gr.
  • Sugar or powdered sugar - to taste (about 50-100gr.)

Dressing (sauce) recipe

If the strawberries are fresh, then rinse them, dry them a little and cut off the leaves. If the strawberries are frozen, you can defrost them.

We place the berry in a blender, or in a meat grinder, if there is no blender, and beat / twist it together with sugar.

If there is little time left, then the frozen berry can be ground immediately, but then instead of sugar we add powdered sugar. The dressing should be free of sugar grains, but do not grind it for too long or heat it - just leave it to stand for a while or use powdered sugar. Often the strawberries are already sweet enough, so adding something will be superfluous, then we just grind the berry, but it is important to remember that such a strawberry dressing quickly deteriorates, you need to eat it almost immediately.

Dessert decoration

We take out the base, and, turning the molds over, put it on beautiful plates, or on one large dish if you poured the base into a large mold. To help the base move onto the dish / plates, you can pre-dip the mold in hot water for 10-20 seconds. The form must not be completely lowered so that water does not get onto the base itself. This will melt the base a little, and it will easily transfer to the dish.

After the base is nicely placed on the platter, pour over the prepared dressing. Voila - panna cotta with strawberries is ready! Although the original, classic recipe does not contain anything else, if you wish, the panna cotta can be decorated with slices of strawberries or other berries, sprinkled with powdered sugar (especially if you did not add sugar to the dressing itself) or apply whipped cream directly to the dressing. As you already understood, the recipe for this dessert is simple and you don't even need step-by-step photos to figure out what's what. And of course, using this recipe, you can experiment and add your favorite foods to create your own interpretation of the famous dessert.

Today, dear friends, I want to introduce you to a wonderful and delicious dessert - strawberry panna cotta, which I have prepared on the basis of classic panna cotta. In fact, it is strawberries with cream in equal proportions, and the output is the most delicate creamy jelly with a rich strawberry flavor. If you are preparing a festive table in June, then strawberry panna cotta will be a welcome dessert for your guests.

And the simplicity of preparation of this dessert will conquer even the most impatient housewives. Alternatively, strawberry panna cotta can be made with frozen berries, in case you want to make that dessert for St. Valentine, or 8th March.

Ingredients:

  • Strawberry 250 gr.
  • Cream from the market 250 ml.
  • Sugar 80 gr.
  • Gelatin 3 tsp (15 grams)

Pour gelatin with warm water (about 50 ml), put a cup of gelatin in a saucepan with cold water, and put on low heat. Gelatin will slowly dissolve and will never overheat or lose its gelling properties.

Wash the strawberries thoroughly, and cut off the tails. The taste of our panna cotta directly depends on the quality and variety of strawberries. I came across a very ripe and fragrant strawberry, even though you run to the market and buy more.

Transfer the strawberries to a saucepan and puree with an immersion blender.

Then add cream and sugar to the strawberry puree and put on moderate heat.

Heat the mixture until the cream and sugar are completely dissolved, but do not boil.

In the meantime, the gelatin for the strawberry panna cotta is completely ready.

Remove the strawberry-cream mixture from the heat, add the gelatin and mix thoroughly.

Now we pour the strawberry panna cotta into molds, or into one large form and send it to the refrigerator for at least 2 hours.

We take out the dessert from the refrigerator, decorate it as desired, and serve it to the table. I wish you delicious panna cotta and bon appetit! Subscribe to new recipes so you don't miss out on new and exciting strawberry dishes!

A bit of lyrics:

Now, if there is a perfect combination in desserts, it is strawberries and cream: simple and nothing superfluous. This recipe reminded me of our Soviet childhood. We lived in a big house as a friendly family, with grandparents, and strawberries grew in our garden. As the eldest daughter and the future hostess, I was entrusted with the mission of caring for strawberries from early spring to harvest. Four weeding, weeds, and waiting for the most delicious berry in the world to ripen. Strawberries in our garden have never fully ripened, my brothers and I plucked them, the barrel is unlikely to turn red.

But even sour and green, it was still the most delicious strawberry in the world. When the first strawberries appeared, my mother bought us three liters of cream at the market, and for several weeks in a row the morning began with only one dish: strawberries with cream and sugar. Of course, no one knew what panna cotta was, because then there were no Italian restaurants and the Internet.

Time is rapidly running forward, now we live in a city apartment, and we buy strawberries at the market, but the taste of strawberries with cream remains the same bright, summer, looking forward to a vacation at the sea and a lot of seasonal vegetables and fruits.
